I just updated the theme and do not like the new Responsive Header. Can I revert to the old one? I like having the logo transparent to the background and not a separate ‘Header Box’

Thanks for adding the Transparency Header as an option. I noticed the Contact Information / Phone Number is removed when viewed on a mobile device. Views fine on an iPad. I can’t seem to find the CSS. Could you please let me know how to Display the Phone Number?

I removed the advance search from contact page but I get the following message: “Advance search page is not configured yet. Please read this theme documentation for the Advance Search page & form configuration details.” How can I remove this?

A user with Administrator role can manage agents and their properties.
A user with Author role can be added as agent and he can add/edit/remove his own properties. If you want to control his publishing rights then you can add him as a Contributor role which will allow him to modify but he cannot publish and only administrator can publish.

Price format settings works for default price. But, When you are using currency switcher the price format for switched currency is auto changed to that currency’s global format.

You can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ to reset your WordPress database to a new install.

Everything was fine but for two days, when in a property I added images, the button does nothing and takes me to the top of the web. I can not upload images.

One approach could be to create a copy of your website on a subdomain using https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ plugin. After that update theme on cloned site automatically https://support.inspirythemes.com/knowledgebase/update-theme-automatically/ or manually https://support.inspirythemes.com/knowledgebase/update-theme-manually/ . Based on your experience to update theme on cloned site you can proceed with updating theme on main site.

Hello, I´m interested in you Theme. I have a few questions.
1. Can I customize how am I going to charge customers; if I want to charge for individual publication, a monthly subscription or a commision?
2. Can I also establish restricctions for each payment plan, for ex: number of photos, exposure level, and days active?
3. Is it also possible to offer preferential exposure? for ex: front page ?
4. Is it possible to add Google AdSense or any other paid advertising banner or tool to monetize the website?
5. Since I guess any person from anywhere can register and buy/sell, is it possible to autodetect from which country a customer is loggin in so the theme can autoadjust both country and language? if not, is it possible to do it manually and let buyers/sellers select where they are from?
6. Is the theme capable of managing payments made from customers? Can I use my Paypal account to receive payments?
7. Is it possible to add local payment gateways?
8. Can I register ordinary users, agents and agencies?
9. Can I customize currency?

Real Homes theme do support currency customization ( We call it price format and you can learn about its related settings from https://realhomes.io/documentation/price-format-settings/ ).
If allowed/configured by admin then user can register and submit properties to publish on website as agent. You can learn more about it from https://realhomes.io/documentation/login-and-registration/
Real Homes do support submission payments for individual properties OR membership packages. You can learn more about it from https://realhomes.io/documentation/paypal-ipn/ and https://realhomes.io/documentation/creating-membership-packages/
Real Homes provide payments functionality on a basic level and if you have your custom requirements ( like specific checks for photos etc and local payment gateway ) then that should be handled through a custom plugin or modification in child theme.
To use Google AdSense or to advertise on website you can use related plugins with Real Homes theme.

i am using WPML so when author delete his property is this will remove property in other language or not

1. Upcoming update going to change property removal from front-end to ajax based and even contributor will be able to remove property. So you can change member role to contributor after upcoming update.
2. For now, Property removal not removes WPML based translated version but I will try to remove that too as part of upcoming update.
3. You mean the database property ID or the one based on a pattern that is being displayed on front end ? As database ID cannot be same but I can work on making the pattern based ID same for WPML translated property!
