In the next update can you please upgrade Font Awesome to the most recent version because there were fonts I wanted to use that weren’t available in FontAwesome 4.6.2, which is what Porto comes with. I figured out a workaround but it would be nice to have those additional fonts to choose from.

Hi,

You can only show the single language block in the single product custom tab at a single time and for that, you have to translate the custom tab from blocks by translating the particular block and then use a single block slug name in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product to display block.

It will not accept/work with multiple blocks slug names in the field in Theme Options.

If you want to change it into multiple languages then you have to translate it from the frontend on the real-time by using any third party plugin.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

to improve the loading time I would like to disable Google fonts.

In a previous post it was recommended to do it under Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography But on GT Metrix it still shows me the link of the fonts.

Add Expires headers There are 2 static components without a far-future expiration date. (https://fonts.googleapis.com/css.......)

Maybe you could tell me a deregister command to add in the functions.php file?

Please download the latest Spanish translation files of the theme from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and select the Spanish language from there for you site and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

You can set the default Sidebars for all these sections and pages showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kry946 from Appearance >> Widgets.

And you can set the separate sidebar for every single page as per your requirements by editing that particular page, scroll below you will find view options and in view options you will find an option for set sidebar to the particular page.

Sorry to say that but there is no option in the element to change the image size or location of the stars, you have to do it with the help of Customizing the element as per your requirements. It will work on the default image thumbnail sizes of the shop, so in order to change the image sizes in the particular element you have to change the shop image thumbnails sizes.

You should edit the wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/woocommerce.php file. Find the // change product thumbnail in products list page text under this you will find the settings.

After latest update VC cannot be updated (failed always) and dropdown menus are opened all the time instead on hover…

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.

If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.

You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.

But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.

If you will still Unable to Update the WP Bakery then Contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will update the plugin for you.

And the Menu Pop Up always open on the site is the cache issue at your end so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

Can I use this theme to develop multiple sites using single purchase code?

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multi site installation does not matter though).

So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:
