I just purchased the X Theme but was hoping there might be a demo like the initial page with the buttons at the bottom of the page so you could have a one page scrolling site, like on this page:

The theme is good but there are still things, many, that needs to be polished. Let me ask you please: you have removed “support’ classic elements, ok? Now you have the V2 elements…Ok, so please tell me, Envira Classic Gallery was replaced with what V2 element? Thanks, Regards.

We have not removed support for Classic Elements. Quite the contrary actually as we publicly listed both on our Changelog and in various other announcements that Classic Elements would continue to be supported as they served a different purpose then the newer V2 Elements. Not all Classic Elements have a counterpart on the V2 side, so you are welcome to continue to use the Classic Element. If you need anything further, a member of our team would be happy to assist in our support forums.

This is my second purchase of X and this one also says it doesn’t have the style.css?

That particular message means you are trying to install the wrong file (most likely the “All Files” download from ThemeForest). You simply need to install the theme only files. If you’d like a step-by-step tutorial on how to do so you can check out this article.

Hi guys, i d like to buy X Theme, it will be mostly used for ecommerce, online catalog for Farm Machinery. Thing is that id like to have custom attributes, be able to filter by them and show it in the Product Page, because products have multiple characteristincs like Maker, Year, Power, etc. Can i have those features for ecommerce?

Thanks for writing in. X adds styling to the popular WooCommerce plugin so you can add a shop to your site. It supports custom product attributes similar to what you’re describing and can be further extended using plugins.
How do i upgrade my license to xpro – can i do it by purchasing it on envato or only through the xtheme website?
We added a click to call html in our topbar. But it wont work on mobile. Any reason why>
Pretty disappointed with the direction the theme has taken relatively recently. I have several license and it has gone from easy to do advanced things to hard to do simple things. The “new” sections won’t allow me to change the background type. My older pages allow me to, but they call themselves “classic sections”. Is there anyway to create classic sections or am I cursed with the new layout. Disappointed, might finally be time to move on. This has been my go too…

You simply need to turn advanced mode on in the theme settings. The V2 sections have the more advanced “layered” background where you can set the upper and lower layers to allow for more extensive customizations.
You can also continue to create Classic Sections by holding cmd/ctrl when you click the “Add Section” button.
Nothing has materially changed, there are simply new options if you want more advanced native customization options. Feel free to reach out to the team in the forum if you have any further questions, and they’ll be happy to help. I’d also encourage you to read the Changelogs as they cover all the new features and enhancements in detail.

Content won’t be touched when changing theme but formatting and if you are using shortcodes that are theme specific might break. Your best bet is to install a staging environment and test the theme switch to see what steps are required for a smooth transition. Our theme is built with speed in mind and we only load resources that are needed.
Can you please add support for more than five tabs in Cornerstone? This limitation is arbitrary and unnecessary. “Build them manually with shortcode” is just not an acceptable answer since the entire point of Cornerstone is to be a WYSIWYG editor.

The original idea was to prevent issues that occurred on small screen sizes. We don’t have plans at the moment to change this but we do appreciate the feedback and will consider it.
Hello how can you make the main navbar sticky without buying a plugin . Im using ubermenu will this be possible
Sticky isn’t a native feature of UberMenu but you can purchase a plugin from the developers to enable it. Alternatively, if you disable UberMenu and use the built in navigation from X you can enable “Fixed Top” which will keep your header at the top of the screen.
Need to know how to center images in a cornerstone “image” element. Is this through CSS only?
The easiest way to do this would be to inspect the column that contains the element and set the text align to center.

Hi, i´ve a problem with X and one plugin.The problem is with this div class=”cs-content” id=”cs-content” /div div id=”x-section-1” class=”x-section” style=” background-color: transparent;” /div div class=”x-container” /divdiv class=”x-column x-sm x-1-1” style=”” /div> and the people can’t finish their order. I would try with an older version of the theme, but i can’t download it from my download section. Any solution? Excusme for my poor english
