Now i cant see theme anywhere i have follow some tutorials without any luck. So what i have to do to display them? you can provide some code i can use?

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new Block and name it as per your requirements and add your Custom field in the particular block.
Then go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the shop page, after editing shop page, scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find some options given below:
*. Content Top
*. Content Inner Top
*. Content Inner Bottom
*. Content Bottom
Just paste that block slug name in anyone and save changes and finally check your site shop page after removing the browser cache.

Aftrer an update, header got a bit messed up. You can see that cart icon is no longer in line with the rest of the header, and it all kind of look a bit messy. DOmain www.igourmet.dk
Updated to latest version of the theme, and all of the colours have reverted back to the default blue, and add to cart buttons are now only showing 1/2. Please advise asap as the site i am running his a high traffic ecommerce site.
P.s. have gone over the comments within here and have updated the permissions for the css files, but this hasnt worked either.

Updated to 4.7,1 now all my tabs are showing as tabs and the accordion drop down!! WHY? what do I need to do to show them just as tabs with no drop down accordion style?

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and try any other product page layout, if you will find the same issue in other layout’s then that must be the third party plugin confliction issue at your end so please check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and then activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

but surely if it was working flawlessly in a previous version of your theme with exactly the same plugins then it must surely be a problem with your theme?? Seems funny how I just updated it to the latest theme and now I have a problem?!? Everything was working fine until the update!

It’s not an issue with the theme, please check the theme on a test fresh WP you will not find an issue, It is the third party plugin confliction at your end, and we have to make the theme compatible with the theme required/recommended plugins like WooCommerce, WP Bakery latest version so we have to change the code in core files of the theme which may be conflict with any other third party plugin and we are not responsible for that because we have to make the theme compatible with the theme required/recommended plugins and we are not provide support for any third party plugin confliction.

well I have deactivated all third party plugins on my test site using only the ones that Porto needs to function but it is still doing the same thing! TABS ARE NOT WORKING! On anoher note Revolution Slider is failing to update
I deleted Revolution Slider but now it is not installing at all. just keeps failing when going into the porto setup wizard.

Have made a ticket with regard to Revolution Slider on your support system. I have fixed teh problem with the tabs too. It was a CSS file that I was uploading. My child theme doesn’t seem to take notice of any CSS files i place in there so when there is an update to Porto I upload the 5 CSS files that contain changes and one of them theme_shop.css was knocking it out of whack for some reason. I have fixed it though

Hello.. I just found that the infinite scroll in archive product pages override WooCommerce built in shortcodes. If you use any of their shortcodes and set limit 4 products it works ok until you scroll and/or use the load more option below main loop, then short code loads unlimited items.
I also tried to set paginate=”false” but no help as expected because it is set as false by default.
Any work around for this?

Hello.. Yes i am by now loading these using ajax on all shop / category pages, it loads the best selling products for that actual category, brand et. Works ok using ajax but the little delay is annoying customers, lol.
Here you see the ajax loading of shortcode live https://www.arctic-fritid.no/produktkategori/friluftsliv/ – loading on top before main loop.
If i deactivate ajax and load it directly then the infinite scroll is going into action also on these.

I think this is not the issue just a delay to load the ajax on the page. I think it is because of the 2 ajax functions working on the same time that is why it takes some time nothing else.

Actually we have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.
You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.
But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.

I am using Porto Child theme. I lose all my woocommerce languge file edits whenever I update theme and woocommerce. Where should I put my woocommerce language file to not to lose any changes?

I have updated my site with all the latest plugins and Porto. It seems that the VIEW CART and CHECKOUT buttons is not working in Microsoft Edge. (I have customers who are using this browser)
They immediately get a page with in the left above corner the word “error”.
I have test it with Edge and they are right about this error. I tested it also in Chrome and I get no error and can see the cart or checkout.
I also have the message in my dashboard: “The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: WPBakery Visual Composer.”
When I do this I get: Update failed.

Hi, in this latest update the menu style> skin> main menu is not being applied to the front end of the site. I already cleared the browser cache and nothing worked in the style application. Please check.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

I just updated to latest version Updated to your latest recommended plugin updated latest woo update to latest porto func plugin 1.1.2
but my navigation menu colors are gone back to default blue the same with font, size color etc
we run a varnish server
I switched that all off so all on normal
still i cant get the correct the colors in design options
funny is. its still the same settings as before upgrade porto to latest version
the colors just dont show only the default blue
i run normaly run a child theme but even after switch to main theme.
still same problem

1. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
2. You can easily change the link of that download resume button from back-end. Please edit the page >> Edit the Porto Icon Box >> Change the URL form # to other.
Regarding second point, so you mean I need to add URL for my soft copy of resume, right? I though that the information will be from the website direct and it will be converted to soft copy. So in this case, we need to update our resume two times (the website and the word document) right?

No,you just have to put your soft resume live and then put the URL of that into Porto Icon Box Element URL, In case you will update the soft resume then you do not need to update the URL.

I think it is the 3rd party plugin confliction issue. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme required plugins, I hope your issue will be solved.
