I have tried this by enabling the dev mod in theme option and changing all style at scss at theme option config but no changes are reflected on the front-end.

I have purchased your theme “Menticare – Therapy and Counseling WordPress Theme” from themeforest. I am facing difficulties in changing the color theme and when I try to change the color theme from the admin panel, It doesn’t reflect the changes. If I do the changes in SCSS through FTP, no changes reflect but If I do the same changes in static files, the changes get reflected but they go back to default color theme after 2 days. Author, you might save yourself a lot of trouble here if you update the documentation in your theme. Your documentation in the theme states to “Go To Tools > Import and then locate the .xml file for import”. These are the directions people are following and not finding the .xml file. (Same happened to me).

I encourage you to place the instructions you’re providing here into your documentation.

I have attempted to download the demo content, however it is not loading the same as the preview. It looks like there might be some styling missing. Can you please help?

The EF4-Framework plugin causes conflicts and 500 Internal Server errors on the admin-ajax.php file. Once I actually hosted this theme I disabled my plugins 1 by 1 to find that this plugin was the cause. You can’t use this theme without it as it houses so many of the themes features for design. Is there an update for this? Searching for it only brings me to purchasing the plugin for myself which I shouldn’t have to do since it’s included in this theme.
