Getting error that “The purchase code already has been registered. Could you deregister purchase code on the another domain and try again.” However the purchase code I have is only registered with 1 domain. Please help as this has shut down our entire site.

Are you using the version 3.5.1 of Thefox?
Please go to Appearance > Install plugins, there you should be able to find the “Visual composer” version 5.5.4.

The new theme looks great. I’d been looking at TheFox and close to purchasing but so many themes to choose from. Perhaps you could offer a promotional discount to help me make my mind up. I am looking for a flexible and well supported theme that I can initially purchase for this this for one client, but if it works well I am sure I will be purchasing again for many more.
