At the moment, I am working offline, hence, I’m trying to import a demo template with no success. I have tried “Appearance >> Import Demos” to import the desired template (Insurance) automatically with no success as it’s take a whole lots of time to import. I have tried the manual importation by following the steps of “Tools >> Import >> WordPress Import tools”. Ran the WordPress importer, selects the Insurance Content.XML from the zipped demo file to upload it. Upon upload, I am now stuck with importing other related and relevant files to finalize the importation, with two printed WordPress Error at the top of the Page.
What do I do? And how do I import this Insurance Template successfully?

Yes! I know my support has expired. But, do I need to renew my license to be able do a template demo import?
I had a client I purchased the theme for, many months ago. But, it turned out that they tarried and moved on to a new project, during those time and period my license ran out. Now, I have another client that wants to do a similar project that your theme offers; can I not be helped to do the needed demo template import so that I can meet up the time stipulated and agree with my client?

Nevermind. I saw the help ticket you sent me. If anyone else has the issue you have to go into Ultimate Addon and disable some modules.
In my client’s website the video which is set as a row background has issues. It is supposed to play automatically when the page loads. It works fine on Chrome, it works fine on Firefox too, but it takes a long time to start. It does not start automatically in Safari. And the major issue is with Internet Explorer. In IE the area where the video is supposed be displayed is totally blank. While we can kind of live with the issues of the other browsers I am specifically looking for a solution for the issue in Internet Explorer.

Hello, I have a pre-sale question. I would like to know how flexible is to make changes or replacing some of the pages once I installed the main template.
I would like to install some features/design from a different template, but I am not sure if is possible to add or change a page without loosing the main customization? e.g: The website will be using the main demo but service and about page from another demo.

Picture show ‘58/month’. So you are trying to create a subscription base system. We used WooCommerce plugin for shop functionality. By default WooCommerce core doesn’t have subscription base system.

no its not subscription, its a button which redirects to another cart page. I just want a button which can be redirected to a particular product page.

Just downloaded version 3.5 (well, at least promo image says that).
However, changelot has no info on v3.5, the latest entry displayed is v3.2.5. Also, theme files also display version 3.2.5 inside. Maybe you uploaded old file by mistake?

- Header needs to be bespoke + carry telephone number and a button for enquire
- Mega menu with 4 columns
- It needs grids of images that are mixed, eg destinations + experiences, ideally these needs to be pulled from pages (not posts)
- Needs a testimonial slider
- Needs a bespoke map with multiple points and routes
- Website needs to be super fast (Jupiter and Salient are very quick)
- Need to be able to pull teams to homepage (or any page)
- Needs to be able to put a slider on multiple pages
- Needs to be able to have a grid of images as a header on multiple pages
- Needs breadcrumbs
- Advanced search facility eg by post type, destination – travel type etc
Does your theme support all this? – if not could it with bespoke work? And do you offer customisation services? – Happy to take a punt on your theme, but it has to fit the feature set I require without buying loads of plugins and doing lots of dev.

You can use the premium plugins ( WP Bakery formally Visual Composer, Slider Revolution, Ultimate VC Addons, Yellow Pencil ) comes with the theme for free ( we already paid for it ) but you can’t add licence. You can ignore licence key and automatic update notification for those premium plugins. We will include latest version of all of those premium plugin up to date.
