Hi. I’ve somehow managed to break the links to the groovy menu templates – I think my using Media Cleaner Pro. I’ve tried reinstalling the theme and uninstalling the groovy menu plugin and reinstalling it with no success. I still just have broken image icons. Right-clicking/open image in new tab gives me this: https://api.groovy.grooni.com/img/preset-standard-menu.png.
Any suggestions on how I can restore those thumbnails?

We didn’t test compatibility with such addon but the Crane theme is compatible with Ultimate Addons and Massive Add-ons for WPBakery Page Builder which come bundled with the theme.
Hi I have installed the theme and it’s plugins but all I’m getting is a bunch of shortcodes that aren’t working – http://bottrellconsulting.com.au/ What am I missing? If we can’t install this theme easily then we would like a refund.

Seems that you are using some third party plugins for demo content or the demo content from other themes that is why you see shortcodes instead of content. Also, just answered you on the ticket at our support center.

Hi, I’m trying to set the site icon. I’ve made a 512×512 .png and uploaded it to the media library (which is the only instruction in the FAQs) but I’m stumped on how to actually tell the theme to serve it up. Right now I just get a broken link and a thumbnail of the home screen when trying to create a desktop shortcut on my phone. Also, under the site icon uploader it just says “default 9193” What does that mean?

I’m having issue with my woocommerce product lightboxes. The lightbox displays empty when you click on the image (just a black screen).

By Guttenberg support, we mean that the plugin will work properly with Crane theme without causing errors and You can edit or create the content of blog posts and pages. All the blocks that provided with Guttenberg should work properly with the specified types of taxonomies.

I do not have the final decision in the site design so I need to be able to show my boss a working sample and would love to be able to do so with the Crane theme. Hello, All the demo content is included in the theme. By demo content I mean all pages, header presets, footers, sidebars, sliders, forms etc. The only exception is the page http://crane.grooni.com/promo/ and images since they are for demonstration purposes only. But we do provide 25 premium stock photos (some of them can be seen in our demo pages). Also, we provide premium icon pack with over 2000 icons. Besides it, the Crane theme comes bundled with 7 premium WordPress plugins. After buying and installing the theme you will have import demo content page. From there you can import all demo content or select the only pages you need to.

I want two different menus at the same time (Icon-Menu only on the homepage).
Also, is it possible to use custom colored (uploaded) SVGs as icons in the icon-menu? Or maybe PNGs or something? For example, I would like to show flags there.

The reason why we disabled frontend editor is that we faced the problems of displaying some blocks while using with custom widgets and some 3rd party plugins (Ultimate Addons and Grooni Widgets) that add functionality to Page builder. We will turn this option back as soon as we ensure full compatibility with these plugins.

Hi there, I have a problem with blog page. I really like how your http://crane.grooni.com/classic-blog-style-without-sidebar/ looks like. I have imported this example and wanted to use as template for my blog posts. However, whenever I change settings/reading and set up this page to be a post page, revolution slider disappears. So basically nothing works from pagebuilder. Is it possible to fix it somehow?
