Hello, I’m having a problem with my website. I can’t extend my page down. For example, with the muffin builder, I add and save extra elements on the bottom of my page. Then I’ve lost my record. It’s like something’s blocking it. When I check it, I don’t seem to add it to the bottom. I can’t extend my pages as much as I want. I would appreciate your help.

In reference to Item Support Policy, 6 months of support is included for free and after this period, you need to extend it. Like many of the other commenters, i am unable to UPDATE the WPBakery plugin. I have 5 or 6 of the BeTheme licenses on different websites, and all are registered. yet none allow the WPBakery plugin to update. I have tried deactivating all other Plugins, and continue to get an error message.

I a moving a domain and purchased a new license. I copied over the old site to the new one using wordpress duplicator. Now BeTheme will not allow me to deregister the old license on the new website to put in the new license. Can you tell me how to do this? I need to keep the old site live for a while too.

if you copied/duplicated website but did not de-registered key before that, now you have to de-register license from both websites and then register both again but this time with proper keys.
You don’t need to worry about those websites because you won’t lose anything during this process. All will stay exactly the same.

I can deregister the first website without any issue. But, I am having a problem on new website when I click “Deregister” button. Error message:
Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page: https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroupThe site does not deregister. Button still asks me if I want to “Deregister” after going through the process.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.
