Yes, Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button, just click on it and then use the same purchase code for activating the theme on the Live site.

My clients want to place orders quickly. 1 / Is a quick order mode (listing) included or should I use a third party plugin? 2 / Is a product search by its reference possible for a quick order? 3 / Is there a catalog mode ? Sorry to say that but there is no option in the theme for quick order mode you have to use any third party plugin for that and yes there is a catalog mode in the theme you can turn it on from Theme Options and also the theme has a functionality to show hide the add to cart on catalog page as well.

I am using Porto, Shop 1 variant of the theme.

The site shows product colour options as small coloured boxes, rather than thumbnails (see link below).

How can I change the way Porto displays colour options? The options you have in your pre-set attributes do not match my product options, so thumbnails are preferable.

Please help. My site is not live and still working offline. Only just got over issues importing the demo.

OK, I think I have solved the colour option problem. In the Porto theme settings, I found a setting to change Variation Selection Mode

Theme Settings > Woocommerce > Single Product > Variation Selection Mode > “Select Box” instead of “Image / Color Swatch”.

This worked. I hope this helps others using this theme.

First of all sorry for late reply, we are facing more higher than the normal amount of tickets that is why our reply comes late.

Your issue has been solved. Please check your site now after removing the browser cache. Actually, there is a restriction in the Porto Product Categories element to show only 12 categories at a time now I have removed the limit form the element now all categories are showing fine on your site.

Alright good to know, the bug I am referring to is on the blog post page. Tried it on chrome and edge browsers and both same. The title/preview of each blog post keeps fluctuating up and down.

Can you please tell the name of the plugin with which you are trying to add social Login button to the theme ?? Because if that is the third party plugin and not included in the theme compatible plugins list here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399 then that is the third party plugin issue you have to contact to the plugin author for solving it for you.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

This sounds like there may be a plugin conflicting with WooCommerce or Theme.

Could you please temporarily deactivate all plugins except for theme required/recommended plugins and then check your site after removing the browser cache, hope you will not find an issue and then activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

It might be the issue because your theme is not uploaded properly of some some files of the theme crashed so please once again Install/Update the theme via Cpanel hope you will not find an issue and then go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Demo you will find all the Demo’s for importing there.
