The support on your site is weird man. There’s no ticket # and it doesn’t confirm the submission of the form. So, I end up trying to send the form a few times. In the end, I still couldn’t tell if my question went through or not.

you have only to fill all fields during the sending ticket procedure.
Once you have completed all the form and you have sent it you will see your ticket in the page.

I am having this problem on my menu after successful installing demo. Everything is ok except the menu, when i switch it shows Menu 1, or Menu 2 if i chose any menu and also the background menu is gone like everything is white?

2. Where is my footer? I have successful install the demo but there is no footer as i have set Home 1 to be my home page?

By the way i have fix the menu background, i am not happy with this Home 1 title. Its getting annoying trying to figure it out, ive went to the article could not find it.
Hi Guys no problem i have manage to figure it out, i think you guys should explain it a little bit clear for people to understand. I didn’t find it on the manual but i just went to the page itself.
Go to your chosen home page, click edit page scroll down and you can find ND Options Page, make sure to check or click to tick or check both on Title and Margin so it will give you the full menu background
Highly recommend this theme.

We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).

how can i add the colored button background to the donate custom link in the header main menu. when i created a custom main menu the button color around the donate button was removed.

Hi there. I really like your theme but I need to make sure the CAUSE page is flexible enough to customise. I would like to add tabs and insert gallery, pdf documents, videos and etc. Is it possible to do with your theme? Hmm, love the theme and I was looking through the comments to see if I might see someone who may have answered a question about the different header options not showing up in the customization panel so that I wouldn’t have to trouble the support team with the same question, but it looks like I will have to contact support with this mundane question lol
