I am using Porto, Shop 1 variant of the theme.
The site shows product colour options as small coloured boxes, rather than thumbnails (see link below).

How can I change the way Porto displays colour options? The options you have in your pre-set attributes do not match my product options, so thumbnails are preferable.
Please help. My site is not live and still working offline. Only just got over issues importing the demo.
OK, I think I have solved the colour option problem. In the Porto theme settings, I found a setting to change Variation Selection Mode
Theme Settings > Woocommerce > Single Product > Variation Selection Mode > “Select Box” instead of “Image / Color Swatch”.
This worked. I hope this helps others using this theme.

First of all sorry for late reply, we are facing more higher than the normal amount of tickets that is why our reply comes late.
Your issue has been solved. Please check your site now after removing the browser cache. Actually, there is a restriction in the Porto Product Categories element to show only 12 categories at a time now I have removed the limit form the element now all categories are showing fine on your site.

Alright good to know, the bug I am referring to is on the blog post page. Tried it on chrome and edge browsers and both same. The title/preview of each blog post keeps fluctuating up and down.

Can you please tell the name of the plugin with which you are trying to add social Login button to the theme ?? Because if that is the third party plugin and not included in the theme compatible plugins list here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399 then that is the third party plugin issue you have to contact to the plugin author for solving it for you.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

This sounds like there may be a plugin conflicting with WooCommerce or Theme.
Could you please temporarily deactivate all plugins except for theme required/recommended plugins and then check your site after removing the browser cache, hope you will not find an issue and then activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

It might be the issue because your theme is not uploaded properly of some some files of the theme crashed so please once again Install/Update the theme via Cpanel hope you will not find an issue and then go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Demo you will find all the Demo’s for importing there.

Hi, when I try to update theme from 4.4.5 to 4.7.1 I get this: “An error occurred while updating Porto: Download failed. Internal Server Error”. Any idea what causes that and how to fix it?

Please update the theme manually via CPanel by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue.
First of all please take the complete backup of your site/theme current version and then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ and also please deactivate all the site third-party plugins before an update because many of the times the third party plugins conflict with the new theme files and creating an issue for the site but you have to activate the third party plugins again after theme update one by one.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.Your theme will be updated easily.

In the shop page, there are two search form, the one in the header and the one I put as widget, in the sidebar.
If I search something on the top search form, the standard one of the theme, I got this search result page: https://www.venusfragrance.com/?s=gucci While if I search from the one of the sidebar I got this version, much better: https://www.venusfragrance.com/?s=gucci&post_type=productOf course I prefere the second one and would like the search page to be the same also if someone search on the header search form. Is this possible?
