Hi. I’m importing the demo content (via “Structure Child Import” area) and it doesn’t work. No error but it keeps too much long for doing it and just never finishes… I get tired after like 20 minutes with no signal of life. The system requirements are all ok on green check. I tried 2 times. Any idea of the reason? Thanks!

I noticed a previous update on 24 July, 2018 said Slider Revolution was updated to version 5.4.8 but mine still reads 5.4.5 and 5.4.5 it has a bug where YouTube videos don’t play automatically. I installed the November update but it didn’t upgrade Slider Revolution. How do I upgrade it?

I’m having issues adding projects. I add a new project and it only creates a blank page, all the details of the project are not there. Also if I try to edit a project from the demo, it’s all code in the project description. I feel like I”m missing something here…I looked at the Docs for this theme and the “How to add a project” section and that didn’t help.

I was asked to edit someone’s site with this theme. Some of my Project Categories work and some don’t. When I choose any of the ones that do not work the thumbnail (or the new Post) does not appear on the site, but if I change the category to one that does work, everything is fine. If I create a new category, it creates this same problem. I tried deleting the ones that were bad and creating new ones but the new ones have the same problem. Thanks

I certainly don’t take rating one star lightly though i believe that if you purchase a product such as this you should expect it to be sufficiently supported.
I haven’t had a positive experience with this author. Ive experienced extensively delayed responses to support cases and (to add insult to injury) received pre-canned emails after i closed the case asking me to rate them highly after i had an entirely underwhelming experience.
Latest support case around a theme styling issue…the developer seemingly cant / wont resolve. Instead they have passed the buck and suggested a bug in the theme wasn’t their issue, rather WPBakery (a 3rd party toolset).
Ive never had such substandard support, most developers on this site are brilliant.
Thought I should make others aware of my experience.

Hi, i updated the themes but unfortunately my slider image cannot fit fullscreen but it has some gap/margin to the right and left side from the screen, pls advise
