The Whizzy plugin is not functioning – I keep getting a fatal error message. I did the usual: shut down all other plugins, but I still keep getting the message. As a result, I am unable to import the demo data for the theme.

The support ends soon and wow magic they decided not to anser anymore for a problem that is reccurent with this theme… they have a problem with this theme they are not working to fix and don’t tell you about so go the other direction and don’t buy this theme!

Hello, I have two questions:
1. I installed the theme with all demo stuff that comes with it, but i do not find any dark demo, are they included and loaded when i install all demo stuff? can you help me?

Has anyone found an option for replacing the “better popup – light gallery” by a different, more streamlined one that’s just opening a simple lightbox? I’m trying to do this for quite a while now and get more and more upset about this template not being as modifyable and flexible as I thought it was. Thanks for any help.

Hi, after installing the theme WooCommerce is complaining about templates that are too old to use. If you want I can add a list, for example: whizz/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php version 3.1.0 is too old. Main version is 3.5.0, and around 20 more.
Will you update, or do we have to do this ourselves? Thanks for answering.

Hi – I’m getting the same error as above – I have had my host wipe my domain clean of all files/settings, reinstalled wordpress and then reinstalled this theme but I still get the ‘Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot unset string offsets’ error on the customise option.
