Hi, I’d like to make block with porto products list in a certain order. If I make list like here https://prnt.sc/l0u7af and choose order by meny order, it is not working. Order by ID, date etc. is not suitable for me. I need my own certain order.

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme 4.7.1.1 and the theme required/recommended plugins, if not then please update your theme to the latest version and if yes then it may be any third party plugin conflicition issue at your end so please check once after deactivating all the third party plugins on your site and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and then just activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one and seems to be ok. Actually, I could not find the problem as all are enabled and the image shows up normal. Thanks anyway …

How can i turn the border radius off for the Social Media links in the header? I have the “Border Radius” turned off in the Skin>>Layout.
I see in the Widgets for the Footer I can Check and Uncheck for this option. Is there something I’m missing for the header?

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

Please Activate the theme on Sub-Domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, and then complete your site on Sub-Domain, finally before moving/migrating your site from Sub-Domain to Main-Domain you have to deactivate the theme from Sub-Domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button, just click on it and then move/migrate your site to Main-Domain and Activate the theme on Main-Domain with the same purchase code by following the same procedure.

Add to Cart Button color is coming from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Primary Color, but if you change the primary color of your site then your site color will be change, so in order to only change the Add to Cart Button color you have to use the Custom CSS, so please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

There is no other way to change the image size of the product, so I have to debug your site, but your could you please purchase support extension to get further support? I forgot now i fixed it thanks. But i have another problems 1. Sometimes when i opened product on our page feature images is not showed, it show me after i click on the picture 2. I used variable product, i added picture for everyone, i set a image on swatches, but when i clicked on small picture the big one didnt change me. How can i fix it?

The Image Swatches works with the size Variations on the variable product, and when you edit the variable product and scroll below you will find Product Data Options and in it you will find Image Swatches Option in which you can set the images for variations like showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HGGIPR6.png
And you also have to set the images for Variations as well from Variations Tab as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HGGJSpa.png
then it will work for you but you have to select both variations the color and the size as well.

on my actual project the previous team bought the theme. I have the compressed file downloaded from Envato and have the purchase code. I don’t know if the theme is supported or not yet. But I have small a problem and need some help please!
I wanna use the Transparent Images layout on single products. But if I choose this option the product page not loading fully at the frontend. And debugger stops with “paused before potential out of memory crash”.
I’m on a VPS with 4 Gigs of memory and PHP memory limit 256M. Theme version: 4.7.1.1
