Hello! I bought this theme about one year ago – I think its amazing! But my customer is requiring too much time to complete the project.. I saw the theme isn’t update since June 2018, what do you suggest? I wouldn’t launch a website not performing well due to last wordpress updates. It’s ok if you confirm it is compatible with the actual version of wordpress (5.0.3) and the plugins included (woocommerce, for example). Thank you!

Our theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Feel free to update your system. Since WP 5 uses Gutenberg as default page editor, in order to revert to WPBakery, you’d need to install Classic Editor from Plugins > Add New.

Regarding the WooCommerce status, it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed.
Fear-not, however. This won’t affect yours or the work of the plugin and the end user won’t experience any difficulties whatsoever. If this really bothers you and you want the message to dissapear forever, you may want to refer to this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/ for a detailed explanation on how to update old template files.

I had a look at your demo and some of the customer’s websites but I have a few questions before I buy. I’m mainly interested in the theme for my blog, but I want the blog posts to show the full text in chronological order, instead of just an excerpt. Is it possible to get the full text layout in your theme? I also had a look at the demo in my phone, and the phone version of the blog posts are very narrow due to the date and time box on the side. Can you choose to display the text in full widht on cellphone and display the date and time in another way? My last question is about the curvy handwritten font in the logo. Can you change it into another font without creating a child theme?
Oh and also, is it possible to use a custom made logo in png-format in the menu-bar?

There’s no option to display full text in summary, however, we have the option to limit the number of words in excerpt. You can set some large number and your excerpt will display full text.

Theme logo is actually an artwork of our designers, not actual font. You can change it from theme options and upload either JPEG, PNG or GIF format.

Hi, I have bought Chandelier theme and prepared this website: http://lelkidolgaink.hu/ in February this year. (Support has expired). Now I added a new slide to the slider, but after editing the new slide there is no option to save it. How this is possible, please help with this. Hello, thanks for quick answer. I use elated slider. When I create a new slide I can name the slide and it is saved after I press update. But if I change anything else on the slide page and I update, nothing is saved on it (except the name of the slide) Where can I send you a print screen?

Without access to the account that purchased item from TF, you won’t be having access to updated files, unfortunately.
There’s, however, another option and that is to find out the purchase code for the item and update it automatically via Envato Market plugin, which is free to install.
