Hi there! I know our support is expired but i did not asked anything in the last 3 years from you guys. 1st of all thank you very much for this great theme. My question is what can cause that issue that i can not change the color for theme. I updated wordpress, this is a fresh install for the theme, so it is up to date as well. Please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.1.0). The issue you have is caused by the WordPress 4.9 version, and there is a need to update the theme, please download the newest archive from the Themeforest.
The easiest way to update the theme is to rename the old theme as dental-clinic-old in your wp-content/themes folder. Then you will be able to upload the new theme dental-clinic.zip via the WordPress admin panel and activate it.
After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

We have a previus version (one of our clients) and they have the problem of the doble // in the Logo url… The original designer did not give them the codes, so they can´t update the theme… How can we change it please? Please note that loading speed depends on the images, that are not optimized in our demo for the more attractive appearance. You can verify this by checking the page without images.
I should also note that if all the theme files will be compressed many customers will face difficulties in editing them. Therefore, you can minify(compress) files manually or use third-party cache plugins for this purpose.

To remove notice please add your own Twitter keys in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom Codes, there you can find 4 fields concerning Twitter functionality, that need to be filled with relevant codes.
In case you won’t use Twitter on your site just please remove its shortcode from the content area.

I have php 7.1 and on the module page, these are the warnings and notices that I get:

Besides the 1.0.4 is the outdated theme version, the current theme version that is available on the Themeforest is 1.1.0 and we are rolling out some updates now, and Dental Clinic theme is among the ones to receive updates. Version 1.1.0 does resolve the notices and warning. There is an issue with the Colours panel in theme settings. Nothing is visible there, all the space is taken by the color field which is positioned absolute and with 100% width and height.
It looks like you keep a nice log file on changes, so it would be great if you would update the info here on themeforest also. The changelog file is at 1.0.0. Somewehre on the page you have Current version – 1.0.8. Last update 23 November 17.
But hey, if the lack of updated information doesn’t hurt sales, then great.

To resolve the issue with colors please update the theme plugins and clear the cache (you can refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 to see the changes).
Changelog will be updated shortly, appreciate your understanding. Yet also please note you can always see a list of updated files in each theme version in a readme.txt file. This file is located in theme root folder and is always updated with theme updates.

This Visual Composer plugin isn’t included in the theme package and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with Dental Clinic, as we haven’t implemented such compatibility tests. Though we can’t deny mentioned plugin will work properly with our theme.
For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Dental Clinic is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options. Our customers usually use exactly Cmsmasters’ Content Composer, as they are absolutely satisfied with it.

Layer and Revolution sliders come with the theme and can be used for free without authorization key (which we can’t distribute), as it isn’t required for slider functioning – it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard. In fact it isn’t necessary as updates for the sliders are provided in theme archives on Themeforest. In fact the easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it in the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser)

All theme plugins come right in the theme folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest. They are automatically uploaded together with the theme, yet you can extract them from the theme folder and install them manually if you wish. Just please open your theme folder and proceed: dental-clinic/framework/admin/inc/plugins/. All the plugins are there and you will see a .zip archive for each of them.
