We cannot suggest a specific theme with RTL support, because there are so many creative themes on the market. But we would recommend you to search in WooCommerce category, by RTL keyword: https://themeforest.net/search/woocommerce%20rtl

Good evening guys, I am interested on this theme, at the moment I have the woocommerce Store front free version, and I am looking for a better design approach and that can have the same tecnhical options as storefront. In this live demos views what kind of plugins are you using? and if I buy this theme, will it include all the options we can see working on the living demos?
Is it compatible with other payment methods plugins? At the moment I use paypal, and paypal quick checkout, and other payment options that are available in Portugal, which are compatible with woocommerce.
Can I choose different options from different live demos layouts, or when I choose a live demo layout, I can’t change it?
This following options are also available without any other plugins or coding? Built-in Order Tracking System Intricate Tax & Shipping Options Easy Shipping Calculator
I am looking for a quicker loading website, with less than 6 seconds, and a theme with already built in options like the above and the other ones you specify would be amazing, so I didn’t have to install more plugins, as I have now, which are decreasing my loading opening.
Sorry about all this questions, but I just want to make sure about everything, so I can change for a bette option.

1. So, almost each demo is using the following plugins: Pikart Base plugin (our built-in plugin), Slider Revolution, WPBakery, WPForms, WooCommerce and One Click Demo Import. And yes, the demos are built just with the options available for theme.
2. It is compatible and tested with the payment methods coming by default from WooCommerce. You can see them on Checkout page, after adding at least a product to Cart: https://nels.pikarthouse.com/main/checkout/. For other methods, you should test them by yourself.
3. The demos are built just with the options available for theme. A demo is different from other demos by content, not by options.
4. Regarding Built-in Order Tracking System Intricate Tax & Shipping Options Easy Shipping Calculator, can you provide more details?
5. The loading speed of a website depends on lot of things, this is why any website should be optimized to reach a good speed. We try to improve Nels as well as possible in this area. You can check it speed by yourself, just to be sure. If you will compress images, use plugins for optimizing and caching you can reach a good speed.

-> Thrive Architect and other Thrive Plugins? (Can I disable/delete the visual composer?) -> EventOn Plugin? (I guess that’s not a problem, I’m more worried about Thrive)

1. The theme was not tested neither with Thrive Plugins nor with EventOn Plugin, so we cannot tell if it is compatible with them
2. You can deactivate WPBakery Plugin if you don’t need it

Hope I understood well your question. The theme options you will find by going, in your Dashboard, to Appearance -> Customize. Also, you should check if all the required and recommended plugins are installed and activated.

By saying “setting up PayPal Account”, do you mean setting up PayPal payment method? If this is the case, the PayPal payment method have been disabled so far on the theme demos. But now, it is enabled on the main demo. Please have a look on the Checkout Page (https://nels.pikarthouse.com/main/checkout/) after adding, at least, one product to the cart and you will see there the PayPal method 
You can even test the entire process till the end of payment, but you need create a PayPal Sandbox Buyer Account.

How many product sliders/carousels are there?
