This is a beautiful theme. But i’m baffled that it does not have a search icon or search bar
Hi there, If the search is to search among your album, artists or any post type, yeah you can easily add a search bar within any grid powered by Essential Grid.

Good afternon, I bought the SoundRise (VICE) theme yesterday and I have a problem with the events page. I only want to show future events and I have seen that you have published an update a new version (1.4.9) that solve it. However, I can only download the 1.4.8 version from themeforest.net How could I do to solve the problem?

WPbakery page builder (visual composer) 5.4.7 is available with the last theme update. To update it, please remove the old plugin and go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins and re-install wpbakery. If you already have the 5.4.7 version, you have to wait the next theme update. We will release it soon as possible.

Hi,
I want to upload 30 minute samples as a DJ but I’m restricted by file size at present in the music player. Where could I change the minium upload file size? I’m trying to upload a 128kbps file (which is fairly low quality) or is this not possible? - Loving the template otherwise though!

You are probably talking about the autoplay on the homepage. Please edit the homepage. Find the audio player element and click on its pencil icon. Here, in the audioplayer setting you should see a autoplay option.

hi, im having a problem with the releases section of my site. currently it is only showing 2 out of 3 artist releases. not sure if that makes sense but basically 2 of the artist, their music displays fine, but the 3rd artist his project is not showing up nor is his name in the filter section.

Hi I’m having problems when installing the required pluggins , i get a blank admin page when i’m installing Essential Grid, WPBakery Page Builder, Contact Form 7, Duplicate Post, Iron Demo Importer

This is with a fresh install of WP 4.9.8, have tried upping the memory limit in congig file and repairing the database, anything else i can try ?
in fact it looks like it was my server, i have tried a fresh install on 1 and 1 and its all working fine now

You probably trying to install the fullpackage zip file. Unzip it. The theme file you have to install is in the theme folder.

Please go to wp-admin>wpbakery page builder>role manager Select “custom” as the “post typse” option. And select the check box “poduct”. You will now be able to use the page builder in the product backend.

hi. i bought your theme and have serval problems to unstall the theme.
1. i get php_value max_execution_time error if i try to import the theme demo content. 2. if i set the execution time to 300, i have the problem that not all demo content uploaded. demo images, menu settings and icons for the “player” missed. 3. if i try to change the setting i get error messenges to and the settings doens’t save. 4. i looks like that the theme use the VC version 5.1.1 if i update to a newer version i get white screen and error messages 5. importing demo slider give errors back too
any idea where is the problem?m i use php 7.0 (but want to switch to 7.2) and wp 4.9.6

If i use the theme with this “imported” settings, i get always a error message if i want to save my changed settings in the theme options. the system says something like warning array_merge, warning array diff and can not modify header.

Hey Awesome themes! I’m really interested in buying. But before I’m going to buy I need to know if there is a way to make this change: When I click on name of the song on album, I want to have a link to a post delicate to this specific song, where I can share the lyrics, extra information, some share buttons and etc. In other words I don’t want this option of playing the song when click on the name. Is it something that I can change or any other option to achieve this? Or do I have to change the code on my own?

When you click on a song title, the song will be played. However, when you click on an album title, it can links to a page where you can shows your lyrics and extra informations….

Is it possible to import/mix footer Blocks between two different demos? For example, using demo Ekinox, but use the footer block found in Duotone? I don’t see how to import the Blocks the way we can import Grids.

Also, is there a way to keep video grids aligned? In each demo, they start side by side, but then the left and right sides end up staggering instead of staying in the grid. Thanks again!

How to sort the Album Grid by the Release date?

The custom field in the album for Release date is for display that information on the front-end only (on the album single page, etc..). If you want to order the album grid by release date, it will automatically sort them by publish date instead. so make sure that your albums has the correct publish date as the release date. Nice theme but have a question for you: Is it possible to have the music player load when the site loads? The only way I can view the player is when I click to play a track.
This is an example of what i mean http://croma.irontemplates.com/thegrid/ I want the player docked on the bottom when the site opens up. I would also like to know if I can control whether the music plays automatically or not.

With SoundRise, its possible to have the footer player to auto-play when the pageload but the music will also automatically start.
There is no function yet to start the player without the music start as well.
We might release an update soon that will include this feature.

Also, I was wondering how to manage the play button that appears on the the main slider on the home page. Where are the settings that allow you to select which song that play button connects to? I’m basically wondering how I manage it.
About the play button,
https://d.pr/free/i/PIvltF The button executes this JS code: IRON.players0.play(); This code starts the first audioplayer in the current page. You cant select a specific song. But if you have more then one player on your page, you can reach them.
