I just checked this plugin and you will have to go to Settings > Helpful > scroll down to Post types and enable the mt_listing to work for knowledge base posts.

1. The conversation will not be happening through posts, but by email. The current plugin allows clients with valid a Purchase Code to submit the issue and will be received by the support through mail.

2. We have not installed and tested the mentioned plugin, and because is not part from our theme package we can not provide support for it.

3. Is influenced by ThemeForest marketplace, the support policy is purchased through the product page. Other services can be added as Products/Services you can be sold with this theme.

1. Sorry for the confusion here. When someone comments in codecanyon comment you can see a “Supported” or “Support Expired” tag near the buyers’ name. So will it be displayed in the forums or question asked by users?

3. Can’t we have a separate subscriptions service in the theme? Like some customer like to have opt us to automatically update their installation every month or every release, for 1 year with X charges. So they can opt for such a service here.

- Is there an option for canned messages for agents?

If above are not present then maybe you can add it in next update. We will be really looking to use it for our support purposes. Please give us the next update roadmap this will really influence our buying decisions.
