The issue you was facing just because of the cache, you have to check/test your site after removing the server, site and browser cache you will not find an issue.

Yes, you have to purchase more license. You can only use one license for one live domain. All themeforest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Hi, I just have one remaining question. I’ve just adjusted the font size of the “menu-top_menu” with some custom CSS:

For changing the text or image of the Pop up you have to edit the homepage and scroll below you will find Porto Modal Box Wp Bakery element just edit it and change the text of the Pop Up as per your requirements and for changing the image of the pop up you have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS.
Hi there, I am trying to add the + and – buttons in the products page so that the user doesnt have to click on the product to add to cart rather choose to do it in the products page.The theme has the option of that functionality but doesnt seem to be working if someone could help me out that would be awesome!

We have tested this option at our end and it works perfectly fine, But it only works with the simple products not with the variable products because the variable products has more then one variations so the user have to select variation first then set the quantity, so if it is not working at your end with simple products then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details by clicking the support button given above so we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

Hi,
There are two ways to set a slider on the Portfolio detail or Archive page.
1. You have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and create a new page named it anything as as per your requirements and then set a slider on the page as per your requirements and also use the Porto Portfolio WP Bakery element on the particular page as well and set it as per your requirements finally save changes.
Then go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio and select that particular page as Portfolio Archive page from there by selecting it from Portfolios Page.
2. You have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new block name it anything as per your requirements and set the slider in it also as per your requirements and finally save changes and copy the block slug name and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Portfolio Page and scroll below you will find View Options and in View Option you will find an option name Content Top so just paste the block slug name in the Content Top option and save change and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Actually, you are facing this issue because you have not a single product selected as featured product, and the elements those are set on your homepage it requires/show the products when you feature it, so you have to make some of your products as a features products and then save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue, if yes then please make your site Live and provide me the site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you.

Hello, we installed this theme on our development site and now we wanted to activate on our live site. It is not able to do it because it says it has been already activated on another website. So how can one use this on a different site? the othersite is not existing so how come this does not work thanks

But in your case if you only want to use the Theme on Live site but not on Development site then you have to deactivate the theme from Development site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the Deactivate button just click on it and then Activate the same theme on the Live site with the same purchase code by following the same steps.

My developer is uploading porto themes to his server but the pluggins are coming up as failed ?

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.
You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.
But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.
If you are unable to solve the issue now then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will solve the issue for you.

Yes, If you change the Primary Color it will change the color of the “Add To Cart” buttons as well.
You can change the name of the “RELATED PRODUCTS” to something else by editing the theme translation po file located into wp-content/themes/porto/languages and change the name in po file then generate the mo file from that po file and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, you can use po edit software for editing the po file and generating the mo file from that po file.
You have to change the color of the Related Products, Add to Cart Button by using Custom CSS.

2. Yes, you have to move the particular file into the Child Theme but you have to create a same hierarchy into the Child Theme as in the Parent Theme, means you have to put the files into wp-content/themes/porto-child/languages/
OR
You can also upload the files into wp-content/languages/themes as well but for that you have to named the file as porto-en_GB.po and porto-en_GB.mo instead of simple en_GB.po and mo it will also not be affected when you update the theme.
3. By changing the color value in the above given code you will manage to change the color of “Add to Basket” as well.
