how is the flow to automatically enroll users to courses and batch my flow is create a group – insert users – invite users to a group – assign to membership level (these steps are done programmatically).
the rest is I manually update group to batch from admin front-end and assign course in there but I can’t automatically enroll the users in that group/batch
how to fix it?
can I use code to:
create group - assign a group as a batch with default settings - insert uses to group—assign to membership level (programmatically)
then Manually assign courses to batch and automatically enroll user inside the batch?
What kind of users you want to add in group ?Are they course students that you selected in that batch ? Are group and membership levels connected somehow or the user should be assigned membership level based on the courses in that batch.
Currently a batch/group and a membership level has no connection. This is also because PMPro ( assuming you are using pmpro) only allows 1 membership level per student whereas Groups can be multiple. So if you create mutliple groups with different membership levels then this would overwrite the user’s membership level, so may not be give you the desired results.

I recently bought this theme, Im having issues removing the footer widgets, everytime i do they appear again…and the other thing is i cant add just one student to a course, i have to add at least two…can this be fixed?

I had to remove the widgets from APPEARANCE – CUSTOMIZE and it worked….but now i have to add some widgets, and change the headings for other existent wigets and it doesnt let me do it…once i make a change or add a new widget and hit save, next time i refresh everuthing goes back as it was before changes were made….not sure what is wrong with this, i need assistance ASAP on this issue please

Yes, this is the default course structure, you set a maximum time limit for student to finish the course. if he’s unable to finish it then he need to purchase again to extend subscription duration.

You can skip it or type jtc in it. The login widget is from jetpack human users are allowed even if you skip it.

The following happens to me. I have 5 instructors per course, but only the first one that I have added to the course can see the content of the course. The rest of the instructors can not see the content of the course. How can I do so that everyone can see the content of the course?

Please clarify the issue maybe i understood it wrong, are you saying that the instructors/students added to course do not get direct links generated in the curriculum ?

Thank you, it clarifies a lot of things. These are direct links in units (image1) and are only generated for instructors and administrators. The student pursue course like in this video, you can always add instructors or students in the course like this

The old login method was based on Envato old api which is now deprecated by envato so it can stop anytime. If you login via Envato it will automatically update the information.

1. Can we rename ‘batches’ to ‘location’ so it makes sense to the user?
2. can we auto assign users to batch based on a drop down field during registration?
3. Can we use the lms part of them theme with another theme? (I know its built into the theme but can we isolate the lms part of the code as a plugin)
4. If we customize the lms functionality like adding our own attendance/schedule class piece, would that interfere with future upgrades? Do you have clients that heavily customize this theme?

Sorry for the delay there are some bugs remaining. Like blocking a booking slot when two or more users book the same slot simultaneously.
A few questions.
1. So we have different locations for each instructor and each instructor should have access to users in his location only. Is there a way to make sure that all the lms settings, like ‘add students’ and emailing of students can be restricted to only users who are assigned to this instructor location? Regardless if they signed up for course or not, we may have WordPress users assigned to this location.
2. Can we have an approval process for students who sign up for course? Like they signup but need to be approved by instructor before they can access course.
3. Can we create future course that still allows users to register for the upcoming course?
4. Course schedule. We need to create multiple classes for each course and show on a schedule. Event-on seems to be a little too much for my instructors to handle but what are these meetings? What the best way to do this?
5. Instructor creating course. How do you limit the wp media? How to restrict unit, quizzes, etc to content created only by the selected user?
6. Is there a way to mark attendance for students? Attendance would be for each class. Multiple classes per course.

Hi, I am facing below issues with the theme. Please help
1) Whenever any user is signing up on the website, then by default the role of the user is instructor. How can I change the default role to be a student.
2) I have created a sample paid course with first section free. When a non-logged in user comes in to see the course details, the button ‘Take this course’ is displayed. I have done the setting that user has to be logged in for taking the course. After logging in, instead of ‘take the course’ button, the ‘subscribe for free’ button is displayed. After clicking on subscribe for free, start course button comes. For paid courses subscribe for free should not get displayed.
3) Also, the font size of few characters in ‘subscribe for free’, ‘take the course’, ‘start course’ have smaller font size than the complete text.
1. Wp admin – Settings – General – Default role.
2. The user will be able to pursue the course only upto the first section, so he can subscribe to the course for free but upto the first section. We can change this label, what do you suggest ?
3. It is a sub-text of the button not the label of the button.
1) I checked and the default role in settings-general is already student but the default role while signing up is coming as instructor.
2) Subscribe for free button, gives the impression that the user can take up the paid course for free, which is not correct. Please change the label.
Also, I found that even the non-logged in user can go to course curriculum and see the free videos of the course without signing in. I have already done a setting that all users are forced to sign-in for viewing anything on the website. Is it possible to force user to sign-in for viewing the free video as well.
3) I am not sure what you mean by sub-text of the button. My requirement is that the text that is displayed on the button (maybe sub-text or label), all the characters of the word should have the same font size.
1. Are you using custom registration forms in WP admin – LMS – Settings – general – registration forms, check the default role in the “default” form settings.
2. Please suggest the label, it can also be translated. There are multiple ways to enforce this, please post on wplms.io/support and we can share suggestions.
3. This is also possible by simple CSS, please post on wplms.io/support.
