Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. You could just ignore those messages about outdated files. We will update all files in next theme update, so message about this will not appear. Anyhow, we have just tested Satine with lates WooCommerce version and everything is working fine, so there is no need to worry at all.

When I access my website from a mobile device there’s a weird thing that happens with my ability to scroll. It’s either significantly delayed or I have to force my thumb up and down the screen in order to get the site to scroll on mobile. I’ve tested this out from multiple mobile devices and the same is still happening on all devices.
I’ve specifically been testing from Apple iPhones.

The “Outdated WooCommerce files” message won’t affect yours or the work of the plugin and the end user won’t experience any difficulties whatsoever. If this really bothers you and you want the message to dissapear forever, you may want to refer to this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/ for a detailed explanation on how to update old template files.

I cannot import demo content. I’ve followed directions on elated.ticksy FAQ – update php.ini, deactivate plugins, watch console – and it still doesn’t work. I had to create the php.ini file myself.
I would submit a ticket, but Satine is NOT listed as an option.

As I said – I have followed the instructions. I did not skip a step. It still won’t work, it says that admin-ajax.php is missing.
I had to create my own php.ini file.
I don’t understand why everything is so difficult with this theme – even accessing support requires multiple steps?!

Our support forum is linked to ThemeForest, so when you purchase fresh theme, sometimes you need to reset the login data. This is not common situation and can occur once in a while, but only for the first purchase.
Importing demo content is extremely easy and if your server meets these requirements, there should be no problems at all. We don’t know if creating php.ini file on your own solves the problem, because we didn’t have these situations so far, it is advisable to contact your hosting provider on this matter.
In either way, you still haven’t submitted a ticket, so once you do that, our agent will log in to your Dashboard and troubleshoot the problems.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

The latest update for Satine theme was on June 1st, which included compatibility with, at the time, current 3.4.1 version of WooCommerce. You can feel free to update WC plugin to the latest version, as we didn’t have any reported issues and your store should be running just fine.
