Just a question, when will there be an update for this template mediCenter? Because right now I receive error messages that WooCommerce pages are not up to date and because of that we can’t edit our WooCommerce products.
When we now go to Woocommerce product and edit a product, we see the Editor in TEXT modus and we can’t change it to Visual mode. So we only see the html code. Please may we receive an update for this template soon?
Theme is compatible with the newest version of WooCommerce (3.4.5) and works well with it. Last theme update has been prepared for WooCommerce 3.4.3 and there wasn’t any major changes in WooCommerce since then. The Visual mode works well on my end for products, so if you have issues with it, please create new topic on our Support Forum and our support team will help you. Thank you!
Hi QuanticaLabs, Thank you for your quick response. Found out that PHP version 7.2 is not working well with the MediCenter template and causing the problem. Went back to PHP version 7.1 and did the job.

Every WordPress plugin should works well with theme. We haven’t tested this one but it should works without problems.

Actually I’m super annoyed with the support of this issue, they never solved the problem of the form, and it still does not work. And to top it all off, I could never get into the forum’s support and in the past I have the support expired, a total disaster, I will never again buy anything from this author.
Could someone please help me solve this problem? I would appreciate it since on the part of the author it is impossible.
Who guarantees that if I buy the additional support I will not have the same problem? and will they never give me any support? And it will be 6 months and they will still not support me? What a disappointment with this topic.

There is a page template ‘Default without breadcrumbs’ available which you can set for the page. Then only the header with menu will be displayed. Then in page builder you can put image at the beginning of the page inside the full width row to start the page content with the image.
