Hey Fresh Team, I have purchased yet another license from you. I have uploaded the template and done everything needed for the system requirements. The page is not loading. It has happened to me in the past but I forget how I have fixed it. Please let me know how I need to fix? Everything in system status says ok.

Yes, of course this is possible. But every theme uses their own pagebuilder and their own way, how to save the data. So you will, most probably, loose the design you made and you will need to start from scratch.
Basically once you use any theme (not only Ark), you are locked with it and if you want to switch the theme, you need to re-build the site from scratch

I would recommend you to reset the content of the WP install. There are many “Reset wordpress plugins”, which allows you to clean your database and start again with a clean install

Hello, Sorry if this is duplicate question but with a quick search didn’t find something specific in comments. Is Ark right now compatible with toolset types and views? I notice that you have include acf pro, but really i would like to stick with the toolset plugin. Or maybe do you have a built-in feature to create custom post types?

I suppose it should run without any issues. We did not tested it (as there are more than 50k plugins and it’s not in our power to test it with every single one), but I know toolset and it’s coded according to WP Standards. Ark is also coded according to WP standards and if anything goes wrong, we can give you your money back

Hi. We are using the ARK theme and are very happy. However, we’ve having a problem. On our blog, where the preview of the articles are being displayed, the images do not show any caption below it. However, that’s necessary due to credit license. So we need to show the caption under each image, also on the blog (Blog Classic 1 style) and sliders. Is there a way to do so? Thanks

I have detected that it is a conflict with the YOAST SEO plugin because when I deactivate the YOAST plugin it allows me to save without any kind of problem. What happens is that it is YOAST I need to work on SEO on my client’s website.
Please, please give me a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

As you said, this is a conflict with a 3rd party plugin, most probably because YOAST is not using a standardised WP way how to invoke Select2. We will check it out on the next update and do our best to make it work for you.

Hello there, is there a way i can design the email sent via contact form? right now it’s all text like Name : username | Email : user@mail. Can i do something to make it look like the WPForms layout where i can put an image header and the fields are put nicely in a boxed format?

Yes, of course, you can precisely control the output of the email. Check the “Auto responder” functionality in the Form Wrapper element. There is also a video lesson about this in our Ark Academy.
But you can insert HTML, PHP and CSS codes. There is not a front-end email builder there.

Hello, we have deleted many of our images as we dont want them to be on our server anymore. However, we’ve realized they are still being saved within the “freshizer” folder. How can we clear this cache or can we delete all images of that folder manually? Thanks

You can actually delete the whole “freshizer” folder, including the folder itself. Next time someone visits the website, it will automatically re-generate the images that can be seen on the page that is being visited.

I would like to parse a template and create new pages with the WP API.
But the urlencode/urldecode doesn’t work… Example : you have replaced the + by a space, escaped only ”, etc.
If you could give me maybe the regex or the function you use for encoding the text, is would be amazing.
