I have an issue with white space (blank squares) on the portfolio on my home page – weliver.com – I have tried 3, 4 and 5 column. Once I change the format it works for a while, and then the white boxes come back. Is the a know issue? The theme is up-to-date on my end.

I started a site a few months ago for a client. WPBakery was working well then, but now it is not. I deleted the old plug, went in and registered my API for the site through Envato Market, then reinstalled WPBakery – it still does not work.

Hi. I have used the theme for years and my support has expired. BUT – there is a major issue here – the changes I do in Select Options are not saved! I get the green “Successfully saved” status when click the button, but nothing is actually saved. The dev console shows that admin-ajax.php is throwing a 400 error (bad request) when I click the Save changes button.
Have tried everything. Disabling all plugins, reset both server and browser caching, all available PHP versions from 7.0 to 7.3, Wordpress 4.9.8, 5.0 and 5.01, and latest versions of Firefox, Chrome and Edge – same result regardless of setup.
Please help.
Let me also add that I get the same error in both the 2.4 and 2.5 version of Cabin.

Hi, I really, really love your theme and I’m fully aware that my support has expired. Anyway, I’m wondering if you are planning to fix the category filter on masonry blog lists. Apparently it works for every post that I published after about summer 2017, but not for the ones before that. I tried everything I could think of. I absolutely don’t want to change the theme, but if I can’t use the filter anymore, I’m afraid I have to. No offence, I’m just trying to figure out what to do. Thanks!

Thanks for that. Please note that the filter works only through items that are currently read in. If you scroll to the bottom of the page and then try out the filter, you’ll notice that each category then has items. As a solution to this (some categories not having items on initial page load), you could set your masonry list to display more items.

Hi, There seems to a bug with WPBakery Page Builder Accordions. When you drag & drop an accordion section to the top, the specified active section is ignored. For example, if section ID 8 is specified as the active section and I drag ID 8 to the top, this is ignored and it shows ID 7 as the active/open section. Unfortunately my support has expired but this does appear to be an issue.

Hello. I am getting ready to start a new project. I want to use Cabin, but I’m not sure it can fulfill my client’s wants on a the header. He wants the logo on the left and the “3 bar menu icon” on the right (desktop, tablet and mobile – only the navigation on a pull down). He also doesn’t want that to change (Most of your themes adapt the smaller screen sizes by putting the logo in the center and navigation 3 bar on the left).
Is this type of arrangement possible in Cabin? If not, could you suggest a theme that could? I need to get started this coming week. Thanks for all your continued support!

Hello, I’ve looked through demo (http://demo.select-themes.com/cabin-new-help/#!/3_menus), and tried to do it (3 bar from cabin) on our company site (noshcreative.com), but doesn’t seem to work.
That said, should I just purchase another license and proceed with Cabin (Stockholm did look nice) and deal with it then?

For the fullscreen menu, please navigate to Select Options > Header > Fullscreen Menu and enable it there. Next, in Appearance > Menus, make sure that you have a menu assigned to the Fullscreen Navigation area.

Hello, I just wondered if this theme will be updated anytime soon inline with php7.2. I’m getting a few PHP warnings and notices.. such as
