I just purchased this theme and I am beginning to regret the purchase. The documentation references hooks in the theme but when I contacted support asking for how I can use these hooks I can not get any instructions. I was offered the option to provide ftp information for support to make the changes I require, but I am testing on a localhost and would just like the instructions to do it myself. There have been several themes/plugins I’ve worked with recently that have had no problem providing similar such information so I don’t know why it is so hard to get for this theme. If theme hooks are referenced in the documentation it stands to reason there would be some instructions on how to access these hooks.
Just a quick update to say we were able eventually to get a satisfactory reply from tech support concerning this issue and we are looking forward to being able to use the theme for our purposes. Thank you.

Helo, yes it works, we are also doing elements integrations into Elementor but it we in kleo 5.0 coming next month

Hello, I have a redirect problem. Whenever I am logged in to my site and I am on my profile page or member page or site activity. I can not go back to the homepage. Indeed, every time I click on the menu “home” or on the logo of the site, I am redirected to my profile page. I do not know what to do to be redirected to the homepage I can not access. I think it is a redirection problem due to Buddypress as explained on my message a little higher. When we are logged in as admin and click on the site logo or the link “home”, we remain on the page “profile” or the page “members” or the page “site activity”. So, when we try to access the backoffice on the home page with elementor, the plugin (elementor) can not access the home page since there is a redirection (made by buddypress) to the profiles pages , members or activity. So there is a bug somewhere that I can not solve. If you have a solution it would be great!

i have two problems.
1. I can’t display right or left sidebar on category pages. I have test it with csutom sidebar plugins for specific category pages but it don’t work.
If I use a wordpress standard theme then it works.
2. I can’t save directories pro listings. And I found in the console this error message.

You could create the portfolio items from admin area and assign it to author users. Right now there is no way for users to add their portfolio items but only articles with the help of Social Articles plugin

2. the members page activity is you own feed. Forum is a different functionality also available in Kleo that comes from bbPress plugin

I have a few questions:
1. I am wanting to have some pictures and links when new members first sign up and login. Is this possible? Am I able to customize what my new members see once they sign up and create an account? (I am talking about when they login and see their BuddyPress Profile.
2. If I use Paid Membership Pro and have a free trial available and my new members sign up, will they automatically be logged into the Buddy Press Profile section? How does everything work while using Paid Membership Pro? Do you have some more info on utilizing Paid Membership Pro and your Template or a video or something?
3. How much can I personalize also when new members login? I see tabs such as “Activity” “Profile” “Sites” “Friends” “Groups” “Forums” “Media” and so on…
I have a few questions about it:
A: Is it possible to edit or change these icons visisble when new users login? B: Is it possible to create a new tab and input my own information? C: Is it possible to upload MEDIA on my end that ALL users can see when they go to their MEDIA tab? D: Can I HIDE some of these tabs and not use them?
Basically, with my business I provide my members with graphics and videos to use and download. I also have a few other websites that they will have access to and I simply want to provide them with access to links to those other websites once they are logged in, and also if possible, I want them to be able to see all the graphics and videos I will provide for them.

1. Buddypress profile by default shows the user activity. With the help of some plugins or custom work you can make another page and customize it
2. Users register the normal way and then they need to apply for a membership. You define the levels and apply restrictions based on those levels. Profiles will be there and they are independent of PMPRO
3. Those tabs are buddypress functionality by default and others like Media come from plugins like rtMedia. They are automagically generated
To make those kind of actions you need custom development.
