Hi.
Is there a way to maintain the comments always visible? I have found that my engagement is not as high because people do not comment by not clicking the comment section. A lot of people also ask about them so if they load automatically it will be much better for my audience.

Thanks for your comments and interest in Astro.
At the time of writing the Ghost platform does not support native search. While there are third-party solutions available, we feel they are less than perfect, for the following reasons:
- They make use of the Ghost API is currently in beta, and as such is not recommended for production use by the Ghost team.
- Searches are performed locally via JavaScript, which requires fetching and indexing of all posts on the client, this may cause performance issues on larger blogs.
- There is limited support for extended character sets, which does not fit well for a theme that supports translations, such as Astro.
- We try to avoid adding functionality that is not theme specific, as this often relies on a third-parties, so future support may be limited or non-existent.
Should Ghost add native search functionality in the future then we will certainly be updating Astro to add support, and I would recommend voting for this feature request on the official Ghost forums.
That makes sense. I was wondering this because nearly all premium (and very good) ghost themes have now included a search. I wasnt really grasping why Astro could not do it but your reasons are valid. Thanks guys!

Hello team.
Something i would like to point out: the estimated time calculator takes every word/letter used in a post to make the calculations, but that means that even things used with cards such as HTML or embed will be counted as well. I have some posts where i use custom HTML/CSS to publish nice product feature boxes, and then the post says it will take around an hour to read, when the reality is about 5 minutes.
I would suggest to make the counter only check towards either markdown cards or anything outside cards. What do you think?

The report you have provided in inaccurate. The theme includes a title, description, H1 headings, and Open Graph support. All of this can be confirmed by looking at the page source code.

Astro doesn’t include a sidebar – if this is a required feature we recommend our Orca Ghost theme.
