Hi, please help. I CAN’T ADD MODULES IN CAMPAIGN DESIGN IN MAILCHIMP.
The first time I imported zip from SR to MC I could add the modules, all good. But later I imported a new edited template and this functionality stopped working. I deleted all previous templates and campaigns, cleared cache, reloaded, but nothing works.
I’m in campaign editor, address is something like this: us15.admin.mailchimp.com/campaigns/wizard/neapolitan?id=xxxxxx

Nevermind, I found out how.
After-purchase. I am beginning to be very disappointed with the purchase. I follow the instructions and videos on youtube but working on this tool is near a torment. I prepare the template, I import it and only part of the selected options appear in MailChimp. While working in the MailChimp editor they disappear, they change their appearance, The main problem is that external links do not work under buttons and I can not find an option to add them directly in MailChimp so I went back to StampReady to add them there – I have to create each template from scratch but even after that the buttons do not work at all – they are dead the only word in a color frame. I can live with the fact that every mailing I have to create from scratch but I need to have working buttons in order to transfer newsletter readers to my specific websites. Curently I can place external links only under a photos but this is not enought. If you can help me with that it will be great.Otherwise the tool is not for me.

I assume you were trying to edit the template in Mailchimp template editor mode. Please edit template content in a Campaign builder mode. That’s how Mailchimp works. for more info.
- Only showing Header and Footer after creating a campaign in MailChimp.
- Modules disappear when editing content in Template editor mode.
For the button issue please send me a screenshot and the file you working on to nutzumi@gmail.com mostly the content editor will fully functional at Campaign builder mode for editing content not in a template editor mode. (like this)

Thank you for your response. I’m actually trying to check your ideas in StampReady. The new problem occurred – today StampReady started asking for payment for subscription – 9$ for a month with info – “Export feature locked” – ” Exporting to your desktop is not allowed on your current plan. To unlock this feature and more, please see our subscriptions. ”.... I can’t export my template now. Is there any way to avoid paying for it? I didn’t choose Koble to pay for next service when I want to use it.
I’m so sorry but since March 8, 2019, Stampready just suddenly changes after completely free for 5 years. They do not give us a head up as well. I’m now looking for alternate service, in the meantime, you can use the file from Mailchimp folder that already implements Mailchimp editor function and uses the MC native editor as it should.
As I mentioned, what I’m selling is a template file on ThemeForest a template marketplace, not an editor service. So how they manage the business is not depended on template designer. StampReady and any template editor is an option for editing template(not a requirement to selling “template” on Themeforest.) Choosing the template by 3rd party service is a risk. Since the product is a template, not editor service and SR is an email service provider, not email template editor service.
Pre-purchase question – is this compatible with getresponse?

Hi, Mailster file is included in the item package. You can also using the purchase code to download the template directly from Mailster plugin at template section.
Adding the |ARCHIVE| merge tag to text at the top of the email tempate doesnt seem to work. Any chance you could indicate how this should work when testing the email from stampready then mailchimp?
It requires to manually implement after exporting because StampReady is automatically removing any code outside their module tag. (please visit this link for more info.)
Hi, its the |ARCHIVE| merge tag that isnt working not the |MC_PREVIEW_TEXT| tag. I basically want the functioanlity that allows a user to read the email and click the “View in browser” button which allows them to read the email in a web browser. I believe the |ARCHIVE| merge tag achieves this?
Sorry, for misunderstanding. Correct, * |ARCHIVE| * is a merge tag for “View in browser” However, you have to send the test in Campaign builder mode because the merge tag won’t generate link when sending from the Template editor mode. here demo video

If i built it with your templates, when i export from stampready to active campaign then its easy to add the the links to the images or buttons? that has to be done directly in the code, or can be in “front office” in active campaign? Hi, Active Campaign doesn’t have an editor for custom HTML template. The only option to customize is through code or 3rd party editor(such as SR) and export HTML file to copy/paste the code. (here demo video)

Unfortunately, it needs to be done in code or 3rd party editor before imported. Their template editor only supports a native template.
Basically, what we can do with a custom template on AC is copy/paste code then use their service for sending. There’s no further support such as an editor for custom HTML template from AC.
Besides stampready wich other editors can be used to edit the templates?
At this moment only StampReady that offer the free editor with exporting function. Other than these would be a native editor from email service that you have to actually their service for sending. Such as Mailchimp, Mailster, Campaign monitor, etc. each of them have a difference feature/function to customize template.

Thanks for purchasing my template. You can import one by one. All-in-one 1 and 2 has a different layout (full-width and Container layout) the layout is not suited to each other that why I separate the file.

Sorry, it’s can’t. MailBuild is a close service only support their own native template that requires to purchase each template separately.
i am not have the best experience with the templates. it says on envato page that is compatible with active campaign but in truth it is not, because you can use the design but you can not put links in the images or buttons, so theres no point in that! And in Mailchimp….can this be done? how?

That’s how Active Campaign work. The template is compatible with the service as much as they provide for supporting 3rd party template and the only option AC provides to customize template was directly at the code as I mentioned several times 5 days ago. How to edit template on email service is depend on the service not template. That’s why I recommend using StampReady editor to customize template and export to use with AC instead.
However, for Mailchimp they provide a more functional editor for a template that we can edit more after import (here demo video) and yes you can choose to you between Mailchimp editor(using file from Mailchimp folder) or StampReady and export to use with Mailchimp as well.(demo video).

If a newsletter cant have links….well, it should not be a “newsletter” ou an email campaign. As it is, its pretty useless in Active campaign.
Other thing, in stampready there are things that isnt ok as well….to wich email can i send some print screens to be easyer to show?
Agree, I wish AC allow a custom HTML template to use their editor so people who don’t know code can customize the template more efficient rather than rely on 3rd party editor.

Hi, since video cannot autoplay in the template, is there a way for an animated Gif to play? I’d like to have it play inside the template so the user doesn’t have to be redirected to vimeo or youtube. Thanks!
Yes, you can use a GIF image for the short animation, but keep in mind that longer animation mean larger file size and more loading time for your subscriber.

I have two questions before purchase. – Can I download the actual html code so that I can paste it? – How would I allow merge tags (ie. hello, your name) to be placed inside the email but on top of the graphics? I use Mailchimp and they allow merge tags to be populated dynamically via form submissions. Just wondering if I would need to add anything to the email design to allow the merge tags to be populated dynamically via mailchimp so that they lay inside the design of the email. Any issues with this?

Hi, - The package already included HTML files you can open with any code editor to copy the code. But if you refer to Stampready editor, yes you can export an HTML file too.
- I’m not sure what you mean by on top of the image, Is it image content or background image? However, you can apply a merge tag to the template as you want it already supported 
The html code is it available through your plugin to copy or do I have to purchase a code editor? I use a lot of plugins as to avoid coding at all costs. Just wanting to copy html code not a ton of separate files.
On top of graphics. Basically, how do I insert a merge tag inside the email? Is there a merge tag module? A short code module? Do I just add the merge tag as text?
Also, when I build an email with your builder will it automatically resize itself to be compatible with all devices?

The editor only provide code by section/modules just enough to do minors adjustment not the complete HTML file(only available when export ). You can use any text editor to open HTML to copy the code. Also there is a unlimited time trial code editor names Sublime text you can use if you want.
There no merge text or short code module, you have to manually apply a merge tag as a text.

Hi, awesome work on the emails. Im having to issues though. Firstly, stamp ready doesn’t work it says the file is not supported and to check with the developer. Secondly, my header and footer on gmail for mobile are only as wide as the content thats inside. Seems like theres no padding or margins for some reason, is there a way to fix this?
Hi, First make sure you using the zip ready file from Stampready folder import to the SR. Don’t import the whole template package or zip the SR folder and import at once. Make sure to use only a zip ready file from the StampReady folder in the template package, don’t import the whole template package that you download from TF into StampReady.

Hi, sorry the retina image is not possible with header background image as we can’t specific screensize of each subscriber. Even though it is posible the double image size to x2×4 it will do incresing the loading time of email because of the large image file size.
Hi, is it possible to import the html (exported file) to outlook and change the name and text easily in Front-End of my email-browser?
If you refer to the Microsoft Outlook, Technically it is possible but not recommended. The responsive template only work best when sending via email service provider, because Outlook will strip off CSS and all the image asset require to self-host somewhere else, etc. In short, it’s a lot easier to use ESP while Outlook is a text based client using Microsoft Words engine.

You can change the text normally but it’s a “Compatible Browsers” only best for reading/receiving an email(Outlook is the worst). They only sending what it’s in the compost box but not include < style > I still recommend using ESP for sending as they’re providing more code support and properly sending an HTML email.
However, if you want to test please email me at nutzumi@gmail.com I’ll send you a sample file so you can try import to those email clients and see how it work for you

Hi, the item you purchase is a template that includes a file that compatible with online service call StampReady editor (freely use with the free registration at stampready.net)(demo video). Not sure which ESP you were using but most of the ESP doesn’t provide a template editor for a custom template. As far as I know there only Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor.

Hi, the template file only implement Mailster tag I’m not sure about Woocommerce requiresment if it need any specific tags. I’d recommend contacting Mailster support regarding using plugin with Woo, They might have a function that can add product or Woo tag to campaign from the plugin, sorry

Correct, then the product should be able to adding via plugin functional, because as I know the Mailster tag is about editing content manually if it auto generate it will took content from WP posts, I’m not sure will it work with Woo or not.

1) You have to use the Mailster campaign builder because file export from StampReady is not compatible with Mailster (here a demo video)
2) To use retina image with Mailster. You can use double size the image (for example 287×190 to 574×380) and check at the checkbox HighDPI/Retina ready and it good to go I’m using the normal size as a default because not all email service provider are properly support a retina size yet. Also keep in mind retina image is bigger x2 file size it mean more time for your subscriber to load you email.
