Please I got this “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” when I tried to install plugins
Which plugin? Mailchimp need API
All required plugins such as Elementor Page Builder Breadcrumb NavXT Redux Framework
All plugins are free and installed from wordpress.org MailChimp for WP this plugin need API key if you don’t need email subscription need don’t install this plugin.

You want newsletter subscription? If not then delete mailchimp plugin it will gone. If use then register mailchimp site and get the API key
Please note that I didn’t mentioned in my reported issue mailchimp and mean plugins that mentioned in theme documentations

I have 3 questions:
1). I would like some of the ‘buy now buttons’ on the one page homepage to link to a contact form (pop-up preferably). However I can only add an url to the button not a contact form shortcode. How do I solve this?
2) All the event schedule times are in the american date and format AM/PM. How do I change this to european format and 24h clock?
3) I can only get the schedule to display on different tabs if I give the different items in the schedule a different start date. I would like to display the items on the different tabs based on their schedule label only as my event takes place on a single day. Can you help?

1) For Header see Home page meta option each page has own settings global settings will be override from page settings.

I have a site setup, http://r2ffcamp.com, and the speakers have been named facilitators. For some reason each facilitator is showing a 404 page when attempting to view.

What is more odd is the facilitators page DOES work.

Hello – I have installed this on local installations of Wordpress twice now (Once on a raspberry pi and once on ubuntu 18.04) and after installing the demo content I’m unable to view any pages. I have updated permalinks to the first option (Page ID) and this work, however I cannot get the homepage to ever come up no matter what setting I try.
I also want to know that this works with a different permalink setting as the page ID is not something I can do in production.

Hi, I am loving this theme for its flexibility. Small issues that I post and you fix it quickly, so good job and I got another question. If you see the home page at: http://tickproperty.com/reach2018/, the session links in the Schedule such as Example 1: Introduction to REACH 2018 is clickable and it takes me to http://tickproperty.com/reach2018/event/reach-2018/ URL.
As I told you already, I DO NOT want to use the event content type. I just wanted to use the Schedule on HOME page and on Schedule page (without the entire EVENT page). If you see, the event page http://tickproperty.com/reach2018/event/reach-2018/, it is BROKEN because I do not want to use it, because I created this event only to create a schedule (as you told me so).
So, please advise how I can make the session titles in Schedule NON-Clickable so that users cannot go to the dead Event page.

I get a feeling that the update may break my live website. I saw the instructions and it asks me to remove the original theme in the themes folder and replace it with new files of updated theme. I had defined so many custom things in my website – for content, containers, and otherwise. Will the theme settings not break?
Theme update means code update not database update. You don’t change core PHP or CSS file? If change core code then it will lost otherwise nothing lost. All users use this way to update theme. For different reason new features or bug fix not only we all authors release new version regularly.
