Hello. I am planning on changing my actual wordpress site to a new one. Love your theme but I have a few questions:
- Is the folder of each configurable? Now they appear to be at “porfolio-item” folder, for example: http://wp.themedemo.co/wiso/portfolio-item/olivia/ I need the porfolio-item to be named to galeria to match my old links in social media pages to the new page (it always was …/galeria/olivia
- how many thumbnails the theme creates for each photo? I share lots of weddings and I had some problems with too many thumbnails.
- Is the S logo when loading a page configurable?
- Can you define new templates of album details?

And also, if it is possible when popping up a photo, add the little icon of download image (on the right top you have the icons to maximize, zoom, close, etc) which usually goes with this photo pluging. This icon is really useful to download the photo when you see the photo on a phone. thank you.

here are few answers:
1. You can customize your slug (folder) to whatever name you want.
2. Thumbnails are created by WordPress, our theme will generate just one based on gallery settings.
3. Yes, you can change to any text, or even switch off.
4. You can use WP Bakery to create different details of your albums.
5. Regarding Download the Photo, we’re not sure It can be done by little customization.

Thank you for your answers. I don´t know how difficult it could be. Usually the icon comes with the plugin by default which makes really easy to download the photo from a mobile phone. I really need that icon, usually my customers use the phone to watch the photos and download them to the phone.

Many of our users use WPML or Loco Translate plugins. You could also use these plugins to translate your site but we haven’t plugin for the translation developed by our team included into this theme.

All our strings are available for translation, there shouldn’t be any issues. Regarding plugin compatibility as WPML or Anything else – wasn’t tested but if you’re planning to launch as Spanish – then you’re good.

Hello- I have noticed that the WISO demo and websites that have used this theme take a long time to load, is this issue being resolved?
Our theme is a photography one, and on the demos we use high resolution images, if you look on internet load, you may see that there are more than 10 – 15 MB on each page.
Another thing, is that our hosting is located in Germany and you’re trying to connect to it from Canada.

Technically speaking, since Photography WISO – Photography WordPress for photography was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with Photography WISO – Photography WordPress for photography, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Unfortunately, you will have to use the horizontal images. It will have the better view than vertical. If you want to use the vertical images you will have to use the image with small size.

Plugin “The Grid” included in our theme, you will have to install this plugin with other required plugins before “Import Demo Data”.(When you start to set up the theme.) When the plugin will install successfully in the Admin Panel you will see the “The Grid” element: Screenshot
There you can look on the portfolios and posts which you can use on your site:Screenshot
If you want to add some item to the page you will have to follow next steps:
1. Select wich item you want to add:Screenshot
2. Press “Edit”: Screenshot
(! Also, if you want to do some changes in these posts, you will have to press “Edit”. In the source tab “Grid Settings”, you can deeply customize the type of content that you want to display inside a grid. You will be able to filter your content by any category(ies), status, author(s), meta key(s), etc.)
