To clarify, we have one theme (Avada) and a multitude of demos that showcase some of the theme’s capabilities.
For the last 6+ years, this has worked perfectly -> https://d.pr/i/5HUaT5 – there is no conceivable way to not have to click on something in order to view and discover theme demos.

Yeah i have seen this and your sidebar is the only thing why this works. No one does it like you if you look on other themes. All are presenting every theme with a preview. In the preview i can already see if the layout match with my thoughts. So your style is time consuming…
Every click more a user have to make for the conversion the higher the exitrate. Just to let you know, have fun with your theme, just saw your theme and was disappointed about the usability.

Usability of our theme has nothing to do with how the demos are previewed for sure, what you see there on the sidebar or on our main demo page is simply the links to single demos and it has nothing to do with theme usability, ThemeForest does not use Avada and has its own setup so you can definitely have an opinion about that, we never had any complaints regarding how our demos are displayed on the main TF site.

Yes, no one of your commenter is a webdesigner with conversion/usability knowledge…(No, the usability of the theme preview i mean) It’s just a hint… Like everything on conversion it’s only a small % probaply, but i think you could have 1000-10000 more sales because people can’t see all themes on the overview and missing many views. It’s like a surprise on every click and anoying. Look at all the Themeforest Theme listings, everyone is putting the preview of the theme in the image… Thats the same listing like on your sidebar, but you put a random image there thats not scanable. (This is only a hint to maximize your sales, nothing else. I don’t bought your theme or will buy it, was finding your theme through random research)

Yes, our theme is totally compatible with the latest version of PHP for sure, however we suggest you to please update to our latest version 5.7.1 in all cases and stay updated to our current versions all the time, what exactly do you mean by litespeed?

I try to embed a YouTube video in my Site and the video won’t show. I’ve tried to insert the code in the Sidebar, in a page and even in a simple post.
The video shows normally in the preview but when I save the post (or the page) and I open it, there is just a space instead of the video.
When I use the video widget in the Sidebar, I can see the video in the preview but when I save the changes there is a black player (the time runs) instead of the video.
I ‘ve disabled all the plugins and the problem continues. I’ve activated a different Theme and the videos appear normally. The same thing happens with any video.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Is it normal for the Fusion Slider banner to act differently in Firefox. My Banners have black bars across the top cutting off the videos but they are okay in Safari. Weird. http://www.cte-adv-tech.com/precision-fabrication/

Hi, I have been developing a site using your theme that was installed by a previous developer who has now left the company.
It turns out that he used his own copy of the theme and did not register it or provide an API key for updates.
We want to get this theme purchased correctly so we can carry out required updates but before making the purchase I want to make sure this is not going to effect the copy we already have installed.

Before purchasing the theme, I would like to make sure how far does the white labeling go? I don’t want the client to see avada anywhere, neither find avada while inspecting code. Is this doable?

While we can hide Avada in the wp-admin, any user can inspect the code and see some information on builder elements (the name fusion will show in all the elements). It will also be seen in shortcodes too. This will be true for almost all themes and plugins used The benefit of the Avada theme is the fact that it has the white label plugin which helps changing the theme branding to yours

I am afraid a full demo example of Fusion White Label Plugin is not available, however as Shaminder stated you will be able to hide almost all the Avada instances and mentioned from the back end and front end but if someone inspects the code the shortcodes will show fusion prefix.

None of the galleries are appearing throughout the site.
I’ve cleared all caches (including Fusion cache) I’ve deactivated all plugins (still not working, so I reactivated all of them), I’ve tried making new galleries on random pages, all in the hopes of troubleshooting this. Nothing has worked. The galleries simply won’t appear.
There are a few galleries on different pages of the site, and none of them are working.
There is no custom css in any part of the builder.

When I inspect a page with a gallery, I can see that the gallery element is there but none of the photos are showing.

I am unable to do so without purchasing the product. Avada was already purchased, and I have the token to prove it, but it’s not tied to my account. A max execution time of 120 is good enough and would not cause any issue. However in some instances (due to slow connectivity or slow server speed) and 180 second max execution time is needed for importing our larger demos
However if you ever face any issues in importing a demo, you can always use the manual method to import the demo

Do Sidebar settings in Avada Options NOT work for Custom Post Types if ‘Activate Global Sidebar’ is ON?
On a CPT, I set “Select sidebar 1 that will display on this page. Choose “No Sidebar” for full width” to ‘NO Sidebar’, but the sidebars that are set as ‘Global’ for ‘Blog Posts’ in Theme Options display there anyway, seems to override the ‘No Sidebar’ setting on that CPT?
If this is true, how do I keep Global Sidebar settings for Blog Posts, but have the ability to set No sidebar for my CPT?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Unfortunately I can’t get the portfolio base url to change, no matter what I input it keeps showing the url’s as “portfolio-items/”
For the activities page on the hotel theme, I would like the filters to show images only without links. Is there an easy way of doing this?
I like the use of the filter to filter the images as opposed to actual links to pages. Is there another feature that is similar?

I have a site that was designed on AVADA over a year ago. It is always kept up to date. Recently a bunch of ‘bugs’. E.g. The Avada Dashboard is all over the place. If I click on Footer for example, the entire background of the dashboard is grey, can’t see a thing.
I have removed a header image, cleared my cache and guess what it’s still there.
I’ve also tried two different browswers (Chrome and Firefox) thinking it may be a chrome issue, it isn’t.
My support expired but these aren’t support items – these are bugs.

If there were ‘bugs’ like this we would have several hundred thousand cases like it all at once and our team would know about it. If the Dashboard is all over the place as you say it is, then when checking the web console you will see several CSS & JS errors pertaining to missing files.
