hi guys, the related product scroller, featured products, and browse our categorie on first page is showing very small images or non at all in tablet or small window any ideas how can fix that?

Hello good morning, yesterday we updated to the latest version of the theme and now when loading the pages are loaded badly showing the main navigation menu vertically for a few seconds, once loaded the page returns to normal. I just checked your site and finds that it may be because of the cache, Please deactivate and remove the server, site and browser cache and then check hope you will not find an issue.

I’m really unable to replicate the 3 block under the call to action of the Porto Finance theme demo. I installed it on a dummy site to see css, but I’ m not able to do the same thing in my real website.

How you did it? What’s the CSS? Is there a way to bypass this and do it normally. ?

Actually this section is simply Created by using the below given steps:

1. We have created three rows.
2. Divided all three rows in two columns.
3. Set/Uses Text Block WP Bakery element each of the Column and write text in it.
4. Then we have set the Image for every single row and set that image as parallax by using Row setting.

If still you are unable to replicate it just contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will do it for you.

I already opened a suppor ticket for this, but its really urgent. Today I changed from hosting provider but didnt backup my wordpress. Now when I try to validate my license it still says its connected to my old domain which i have no acces to anymore.

Hi. After updating to the new version, I have had a big issue on website, lots of errors etc. I have succesfully restored to the backup a day earlier, but still would like to have a new updated porto running, this was one of the errors:

Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/igorp294/public_html/wp-content/plugins/slider-images/Slider.php on line 11

And the entire layout was completely messed up, front page actually displayed this error on itself etc.

The issue you are facing in not because of the theme but it because of you defined the WP Memory Limit twice or at the wrong place, Like your server already has some Pre-defined WP Memory on your site, and one plugin clearly showing in your above given Notice “slider-images” trying to overrides your server default Memory Limit that is why the Notice is generated.

So always please deactivate all the third party plugins before update the theme and then try to update the theme via CPanel by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will update the theme for you.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

Please make sure that you are using the latest Porto theme without customization in the JS or php files and with all latest plugins. We have already tested the mobile menu in the latest theme and did not find any issue with the mobile menu.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired March 2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I have disable the review function at the woocomerce setting, but the rate star still exsit in the product catagory page. how can I delete it.

How can I disable the “Size Guide” in the woocommerce product page

The Size Guide Tabel comes from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and you can see in the screenshot clearly that Block is being used to create that tab so go to Blocks find the particular Block: https://prnt.sc/iog8kv and just edit and change as per your requirement and as you said that you want to disable/remove the Size guide tab from Single Product Page so just remove the Block Slug name from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and check your site after removing the browser cache.

I just downloaded Porto and installed it, but when I decided to go through the setup wizard it promps me to validate with the Purchase Code. So I copy and paste the code and get this msg: Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server!. How do we fix this? Thank you.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

Or

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme. Otherwise please try/test the Theme on any other server hope you will not find an issue.

First of all, I want to thanks P-Themes Team for creating such a useful e-commerce theme which is easy to customize along with many features for the requisite industry.

As the development process has no end so, my suggestion for P-Themes Team is to add “Product Comparison” feature so that users could compare the products which ultimately help the user to decide better option. There may be third-party plugins available for this purpose but third-party plugins have different types of issues so kindly add product compare plugin same as you guys have added product variation plugins this year.

And thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

You can only use the single Demo on the single Domain/Site with the single license of the theme, It is Envato Policy you may wish to confirm from them as well, If you want to use the theme on 10 different Domains/Sites then you have to purchase 10 different License of the theme.
