Hello, I have my posts page linked to a page on my site but I only want posts of certain categories to appear here, not ALL posts. Is there a way I can do this? Thanks!
Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.
You can use the Plethora Themes Post Grid element on Page Builder to achieve something similar. Just add the element on a page and select Post as Data Source. Then, on Narrow Data Source field enter the name of the posts category you need. By default, the posts are shown as a grid but if you set Grid Elements Per Row to 1, they will appear as a listing (with the featured image on the top).
Thank you for your response, I will do that!
One more question, is it possible to make the sidebar sticky/move down as you scroll down the page?
Hell and welcome back.
Currently, the theme does not support this feature. The sidebar will scroll up with the rest of the page.
The profile social media icons, is there an option to open the links in a new tab?
Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.

Thank you.
With the changes to Google Maps API now requiring a billing account, will this theme support alternative Map providers such as MapBox in future updates?
Hello and, thank you for your interest in our theme.
Currently, our theme includes Google Maps but, someone can add any third party plugin and integrate a map from another provider such as MapBox or OpenStreetMaps
@VagHerbie, thanks for the prompt reply. Sorry, I wasn’t clear enough in my question – I meant will the theme support other map providers such as MapBox for use within the ‘Media Panel’ for pages?
Well, for the moment we are not planning to integrate other providers to the Media Panel maps. Google maps allow a number of visits per month with the unpaid version. We stick with that for the time being and, we’ll think about it in the near future.
Thank you for using our theme.
Hello
The OWL carousel slider is not working in Arabic translate of my website.
It works in English but when I translate it to Arabic it does not work.
Could you please check it to me.

Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.
We are glad you’ve found a way through this. We are performing some tests to see why the first method didn’t work. We assume you didn’t include the <script> tags in the first place because, if you did, the code would not work (see the notice).
Thank You
You better correct your documentation because for the “super menu” which is actually a two column menu, you mention there’s a dropdown to choose “two column drop left” but instead we need to use the class in the Class field “two-column dropleft”.
Hello. Thanks for noticing. We’ll change it the sooner we review the documentation.
I need to change the phone number ? How can i do that?
Hello and, thank you for your interest in our theme.
We assume you’re referring to the phone number at the top of the page. To review/change that, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Header > Top Bar and check 2nd Top Bar Column, the Default Text* field, Don’t forget to Save changes.
There is also a phone number on the bottom of the page that you can review/change on Dashboard > Widgets > Footer Widget Area 1, edit the PL | About Us widget.

Hi. I want to buy Your theme but I need to know that the page builder included in theme have a header and footer builder like in Visual Composer Pro. Thank you in advance for Your reply.
Hello,
HealthFlex comes with a Theme Options panel which enables you to customize every aspect of the site Header and Footer areas. There is also a Page Options panel available on each page so that you can override the global settings on a per-page basis.
Here is a screenshot of the Theme Options panel Header and Footer settings areas: https://prnt.sc/ljilry https://prnt.sc/ljilt5 You can always test the Theme Options and play around with the Page Options on the HealthFlex theme by registering for a free account here: http://demo.plethorathemes.com/healthflex-admin/Thank you for your interest on our themes!

Hello
How to build a terminology page with wp bakery builder ??
Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.
You need to use the (Plethora Themes) Terms Index page builder element. Just add the element on a row and edit Settings > General to configure the display. To edit Settings just click on the pencil icon that’s over the element. Don’t forget to Update the page when finished.
If you don’t want to import the demo, for reviewing the configuration, you can use our online admin demo. You only need to sign up and, you’ll be able to review all pages, settings etc. http://demo.plethorathemes.com/healthflex-admin/
hi, is it possible to use gifs in a slider revolution or other types of sliders? thanks
Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.
Healthflex comes bundled with Plethora Slider which supports animated GIF images out-of-the-box. You can add any type of image but not videos (if this is what you’re asking).
Slider Revolution is not included with the theme but it is supported by the theme. It allows adding any type of image (including animated GIFs) and also videos.
Hello, RTL supported? Thanks
Hello and, thank you for your interest in our theme.
The theme is not 100% ready for the right to left languages. But, since we had a lot of requests about it, we have a workaround available that covers the biggest part of the design issues. This workaround is publicly available on this address https://plethorathemes.com/kb/comply-with-rtl-languages/?kb_product=healthflex-wp
Let us know if you need any further information.
Hi, can you use a frontend editor for this theme?
Hello, currently, it is possible to use only the back-end editor of WP Bakery Page Builder, but don’t worry. The user interface is very comprehensive and you can create even more advanced designs using the available options. You can also copy ready-made configurations as instructed in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUfmB5yxq6M
Thank you, very helpful!
Hi, maybe a simple question, but one that is defeating me. I am trying to update the map on the contact page, but can’t find how to do it? Help gratefully appreciated!
Hello,
You can go to the Contact Page, scroll down until you find the Page Options and then go to Media Panel > Background Section and change the latitude and longitude of the address you want to place on the map. You can grab the lat,lon coordinates from Google Maps as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmkdYRXPV48&feature=youtu.be&t=42
You can always use the Google Maps shortcode from within the WPBakery Page Builder as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6bmibkplzA
Hello again, quick question about the slider. Is there a way of turning off the captions function, and just have images plain?
Just figured it out!
Apparently, you removed any text from Main and Additional Captions and also the Button Link Text from the slider.
Have a good time deploying with our theme.
Hi, is there a quick way of editing “Working Hours” on the home page or does it have to be done as raw text editing?
You only need to edit the Raw HTML element and, replace the texts (descriptions and hours within the tags. As an alternative, copy the markup on an external HTML editor that supports real-time preview, change the texts on the preview and copy the markup back to the element. In this case, make sure the editor doesn’t add up any additional lines. Yet, we consider the first option much faster and recommended.
Icons and small images, are they included and can they be used?
Hello and, thank you for being interested in our theme.
The icons are included in the Icon Libraries that come bundled with the theme. You can select from a great number of available icons, including those presented in the demos. The small images are included only in each separate demo and they come from a third party collection. As they are generic images, we haven’t restricted them.
What you can’t use are the large images (because we don’t have a right to redistribute them), that’s why when adding the demo to your website, they appear blurred.
Hi, is there any way to make the entire slide clickable? Not just with a button but the entire image?
Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme.
This feature is not included out-of-the-box. You might be able to achieve that effect by customizing the theme. Currently, we don’t have a solution available.
This action is generally avoided as there is a problem with having several clickable layers one over the other and, it would also create an issue in the UE (it would cancel other actions, already applied on the object).
Hi is there a way to show the text description of the woocommerce category? I have tried this: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-display-category-descriptions-in-wordpress/ but it seems it doesn’t work. thanks
Hello ekiritsa,
Visit ‘Admin > Theme Options > Content > Shop’, and locate the ‘Category Description’ field. If you want your categories to be displayed, you must switch this to ‘Display’. Given you have set a description text for your WooCommerce categories, after that they will be displayed normally. In the same Theme Options form, there are also several WooCommerce element controls that you may find useful.
We hoped that helped you. If you need further support on any theme related issue, we recommend contacting us through our ticket system https://plethorathemes.zendesk.com/.
Thank you
Hi VagHerbie,
Just wondering is there a way to increase the padding or image size on mobile for the header/feature image? It seems to be cut off a fair bit and I can not see an option to change it.
www.healthyhandsaus.org.au
Thanks
Hello healthyhandsaus,
There is no out-of-the-box way to adjust the padding or the image size for any device type but it is possible to increase the image size for a particular screen size using the CSS @media rule.
Note that, we do not provide customization support but, we’ll show you an example of how to perform that. We will not be able to deploy any further on that though… First, use your browser’s inspector to locate the particular class which is
full_width_photo
Then use the @media rule to set the screen offset where the CSS will stop having effect. In your case, let’s set a max size of 767 pixels which is a reasonable size for modern mobile devices. Last, we need the min-height property to set the size of the image. The final CSS will be like
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {.full_width_photo { min-height: 250px; }}
Now, copy and paste that on to the Custom CSS field, on Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Styles > Custom CSS field. Change the min-height value to the one you need but, keep in mind that extreme values (too large or too small) will have unexpected results.
Using custom CSS is one of the most favorite ways to customize the appearance of a theme. If you are interested in advanced web design and you are not familiar with this language we recommend taking a tutorial (there are numerous online). There is a reference website with onscreen testing (real-time) https://www.w3schools.com/css/

Hello,
The top bar is not being showed on mobile and tablet even though I have set it up to be displayed on all devices (on the theme setting)
Can you please help with it?
