Do you have custom element or custom page for home posts? Or its default template?
If its default template, So only way is to add new WordPress function to filter current posts query. But if you are using custom element, We recommend Posts Grid element, because it allow you to exclude any taxonomies from posts.

Hello! We tried to embed a youtube video to a post but it doesn’t work. The iframe code shows up as code and not as the youtube frame.

I’m glad you found it, Usually by pasting YouTube URL in WordPress editor, editor automatically will convert URL to iframe.

I installed first demo , And wrote a lot of content and pages , I need to replace the current theme with another one but keeping the same content .. how ?

If you mean you want only change site interface, So you must only import theme options. Go to Theme Options > Demo Importer and open it. Then choose demo and only select Theme Options and un-check other fields then click on import. In this case your theme options settings will override and content will not import.
PS. Before importing new demo, backup your current options from Theme Options > Backup

Usually you can find it from Theme Options > Header > Header and find search element. But in each demos location of search element is different. If you let me know which demo you have imported, Then I can provide better help.

2. Currently we have no activation process, But after v3 we will add it to track all licenses.

I’ve purchased the theme but once again Visual Composer has not been updated when I updated the theme. This keeps happening.
I just bought the theme and I am aware we can import one style but is there way to get individual page section code individually for differ pages (I like some element styles from other pages).
Also will possible combine header from one demo to another demo’s page section?

By visiting each demo pages you can find cog icon in right side of your screen, hover over it and click on last icon you can get that page shortcode and use it anywhere you want.
About different header in one site, Unfortunately its not possible, sorry.

Today we updated Codevz Plus plugin and improved Demo Importer and added alternative method instead PHP allow_url_fopen, So who have problem with demo importer, Just delete Codevz Plus plugin and install it again from Appearance > Install plugins and try to import your demo.
