Hi! I am having problem with rentals not showing. Of 23 rentals 17 not showing in the origin language (english). In the two other languages its no problem. Why?? Problems also with the info you insert in the admin calender and then shows in the public “Available calender” . That info does not show in the check-out forms. Means you can actually book dates that in fact are “unavailable”. Tryed to get any solution from support but it takes forever to get an answer. //Björ

I dont know how many people working there but the limit of 48 hours is constantly exceeded. And when you get a reply and the problem still exits you have another 48 waiting…if you are lucky. Tickets live for weeks and month. Its not acceptable. //Björ

But seriously, if you check the replys from a lot of customers they are not. But what can you do as a customer more than wait. I understand you get a lot of questions and often maybe “stupid” ones too. And the theme is awesome and thats not the problem…its the time it takes to even get a response. Problems are solved but the time it takes is far too long.
Hi! Just discovered that the calendar is a mess AGAIN and the public calendar is not synchronized with the admin calendar.
This is the second time this is happening and it is a BIG PROBLEM. It means that the BOOKING FUNCTION DO NOT WORK.
My question is why the same problem can occur despite that it have been “fixed” 2 weeks ago. It makes you wonder how things are fixed.

1. Support submit form, paypal, stripe, payfast, PayU, Skrill, Authorize.net, 2checkout: You can use one of these method for your site or add more with your custom job for use.
2. We use WooCommerce: mean you can find any plugin compatible with your country you can use for. Below is all plugins we tested with theme.

There are no option to do it. You need to custom code to remove required attribute for that field. You can found it in ”/class/class.user.php” and edit function “validate_hotel_room”. If possible, you can create a ticket on our support system so we can help you.

ok, I hope you work on it to solve this great weakness and very easy to solve (I think). Carry out the calculations based on the total price, not on the price paid that varies depending on the deposit.
