I updates the theme an receive this error in log when opening the /wp-admin/update-core.php
[error] 5147#5147: *23254 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Envato_Market_API’ not found in /home/wp/disk/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/automotive/index.php on line 168” while reading response header from upstream, request: “GET /wp-admin/update-core.php HTTP/2.0”
Any idea? Already Added the Envato API Key in the settings.
Please open up a Support Ticket including temporary login details so we can debug the issue. Thanks!
Is it compatible with Advanced Custom Fields? For instance I want to be able to upload multiple PDF files within a listing. This is easily done with Advanced Custom Fields. But is this theme compatible?
We have not tested the theme with the plugin you are referring to so I am not sure off hand.
Just tested it, works great!
Awesome, thanks for the update!
Custom Badge color is not working at all, only red color badge is showing for every custom badge.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and Automotive Listings plugin (and fully clear all of your caches if you have recently upgraded). If they are still red after this try going to the option panel and resave your settings (you don’t need to change any settings). If neither of these things fix your problem please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can debug the issue. Thanks!
Pre-Sale Questions
I am amazed by your reviews, but something does not fit me…
I have done a test with your template (without Envato iframe) with Google PageSpeed Insights and the results are disastrous. You have thought about optimizing your template???
As the message says please try disabling your browser extensions and test again.
Here u have the results without extensions
I’m very curious to know your answer now…
You probably do not know, but it’s impossible to rank with this template on any browser with this results.
What you don’t show in your screenshots is Desktop where it scores 86%, you are strictly looking at Mobile, and if you go through the report the main problem is the high quality images we are using on the demo site. We will have a closer look at this and see what we can do to optimize the images and see if there is anything else we can improve on and get back to you shortly.
Try it again, just to illustrate my point I have only optimized 1 image (the first slideshow image) and I have already doubled the mobile score. If we went through and did all of the images that would significantly improve the PageSpeed. Regardless you make a good point, thank you for bringing it forward. We will go through it and further optimize it.
I understand perfectly that you try to defend your product but …
I hope you know
, nowadays mobile traffic is much more superior than from a PC, don’t you think?
Here u have a test hard to argue: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=com&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdemo.themesuite.com%2Fautomotive-wp%2F&tab=mobile
I will follow you, you have good configurations implemented in your template but they doesn’t serve to consolidate a serious project (slow page synonymous with failure on the Internet, and impossible to SEO work).
No worries at all, we appreciate your input and will continue looking into improving on this. We wish you all the best finding a product that suits your needs!
Hi, I wanted to ask, 1.can the search form for car listing be stylized differently than shown in the demo theme, like full width and can be added some field in search form 2. Can customers pay via Paypal without Paypal account only by typing their credit card number? 3. Is there a listing option to let the featured car be first in the search result and to be charged for it? Regards
1. Yes 2. & 3. You would need our Front End Submission plugin for this, please send an email to sales@themesuite.com for more information on this plugin.
I have one more question, can the theme be used for seling cars, motors, trucks, used parts wich users and dealers upload on website? Regards
You would need our Front End Submission plugin in order for users and dealers to submit listings via the front end of the website
You did not answer me can I use the theme for seling cars, motors, trucks, used parts, not just cars?
Yes you can, the listing categories are 100% customizable to suit whatever you want
whether this plugin needs to pay? I planning buy a theme ..
If you want customers to be able to post their own listings for sale on your website, and charge these customers money for each listing they post using PayPal or Stripe, then you would need our Front End Submission plugin (which is sold separately from the theme). You can send an email to sales@themesuite.com if you are interested in more information and/or purchasing this plugin.
Ok, thanks!
i installed the theme but theres a black solid square displaying in some images its not working.please help http://www.epower-car.com/boxed-fullwidth/
That link isn’t working for me, and nor is the main domain name. Once its working again just let us know and we will have a look at it, or if you want to open a support ticket at https://support.themesuite.com with a screenshot we can try and get a better idea of what is going on. Thanks!
Hi. I’m testing your demo, with the Recent Vehicles slider on homepage, is there any way to enlarge the size of the slides ?
You would need to modify one of the files and place it into your child theme to change this image size. If you open a support ticket on our support site at https://support.themesuite.com we can point you in the right direction on this. Thanks!
Hey. I have a problem.2018-01-25 I bought your product Automotive Car Dealership business WordPress Theme. I installed this theme on a test domain but then forgot about it. Now I want to resume work. Tell me how you can solve this problem and continue to use your product
You can reset you license under My Products on our support site at https://support.themesuite.com
Hello i’m interested in your theme but first i want to ask you for few things:
the Financing Calculator is customizable? if we need to add some fields or change the algoritm? Thanks
You would need to modify the javascript for the calculation to change the algorithm (which you would lose these customizations in an update). You can change the structure of it in the PHP file however and place it into the auto_templates folder to avoid losing your changes in an update ( https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=9 ). If you are changing the calculation however there is unfortunately no way to do this without customizing core files.
okay mate, do you provide temporary access to wp-admin to check all features before buy? Thanks
Yes, you can try out everything before hand here: https://experience.themesuite.com/
I followed your below post to update theme and plugin.
I can now see my plugin is 13.7, but how can I verify that my theme has also been correctly updated?
I have since done a Theme Options >> Update Settings. It now says;
“Themeforest Automatic Updates – Envato Account Connected”
Please note, since doing those updates, all my inventory listings have disappeared.
also;
I now have purchased an API key from Virtual Yard for an inventory feed in CSV format. How can I use that to populate my inventory?
Thank you.
It’s actually a problem caused by Envato (ThemeForest) without any forewarning
Envato recently implemented a rate limiting tactic to force everyone off of their old API and onto a new one. Because of this you will need to manually update your theme and plugin to at least 9.3 and 13.6, and then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and it will prompt you to connect your Envato account to the new API. After you do that you should be able to automatically update again going forward. Here are some links to knowledgebase items explaining how to manually update:
Theme: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=17 Plugin: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=7
Update: I have installed the Virtual Yard plugin, and entered the API key in it and saved. The inventory is still empty, other than a new test listing I entered.
further update: virtual yard have told me that I have to modify the virtual-yard.php to suit the website template. could you point me in the right direction please? that file is currently in the below folder: public_html>wp-content>plugins>virtual-yard
For the virtual yard I’m not sure if we have ever tested this plugin or API, but we can have a look at this and give you a quote on customizing it if necessary if you want to send an email to sales@themesuite.com – or alternatively if you have access to a CSV or XML file of the inventory you can import this under Listings >> File Import or use our Automatic Importer plugin if you want to automate the process. Regarding the update issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can have a closer look at this.
Hi, we want this process to be automatic. I have set up the APIs. The virtual yard people have now set up direct feed to my database. However, my stock page is still blank. When I asked them, they told me the below: ” the feed has been setup. You’ll need to adjust the plugin to make sure it inserts data the way your website template expects. Otherwise the data will insert into your database but not show on your website.” – can you please tell me how I can do this? Thank you.
It sounds like this will likely require some customization, if you want to send an email with the details to sales@themesuite.com along with temporary login details for FTP, wp-admin, and your database we will have a look at it and can better advise on this.
Hi, I have sent email to that address with FTP, and wp-admin access. with those, I trust you will have access to the database? if not, can you how to give you access to the database? Thank you.
Thanks we had a look at it and replied to your email
Hi, is there an improved database for the inventory? At the moment, I can’t list the model only belonging to a make. For example: If I choose the make Toyota, I only want it to list the models made by Toyota. thank you.
The inventory filters sort by Make and Model. The system automatically detects what Models are associated with what Makes based on your inventory listings. When you select Toyota it will only list models made by Toyota. If you need further assistance with this please open a Support Ticket with your website details.
We can’t update the theme since 9.0. Everything has been working great for a year, but now the update throws errors. We have done nothing done on our end to cause this. We don’t intend to pay for support on this as the update problem is confirmed as originating with your theme. Thanks ThemeSuite.

So I have a quick question I am not able to figure out something. I am running some listing tests on the Inventory page and the monthly amount being listed is rounding up to the nearest dollar. Is their anyway I can fix that? (Website link: http://smsautogroup.com/listings/2050-golg-srtgfs/ ) If you see in Price/MSRP: 149.25 its not doing up but on top it is & I don’t understand how to fix it. I deeply appreciate your assistance & guidance. Thank You
Please renew your support on ThemeForest and open a support ticket at https://support.themesuite.com and one of our developers can assist further. Thanks!
I just noticed that since I installed this theme, two years ago, it has been never updated. Should I perform updates manually??? Thanks!
Yes, I would recommend making a full backup of your files and database and then manually update your theme and the included plugins (Automotive Listings, Visual Composer, Slider Revolution) all to the latest versions. Then fully clear any caching you have enabled, and fully clear your browsers history and cache.
Hi Guys, I just noticed something about my site when I looked at it on the phone. I put a drop down page in another drop down menu, and on the phone (Samsung galexy s5) when I look I am not able to see the drop down options. I noticed this same issue in your own demo version ( menu drop down -> Inventory -> boxed layout ) and you can’t see the options.
My site (SMSAUTOGROUP.COM) (menu -> company -> learning center) I am not able to see the 4 options that areally listed under this drop down.
Is their any way to fix this? Thank you for your assistance!
Thank you for reporting this, we were able to replicate it on an S5 and have fixed the problem. It will be included in the next update!
Awesome Thank You!
I would like to know how to add a linked button to the inventory listing page to the make an offer popup form.
You can customize the inventory listing page by copying this file to the auto_templates folder (and then you can safely update the theme and plugins without losing your customizations): wp-content/plugins/automotive/auto_templates/inventory_listing.php – You can read more about customizing this here: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=9
Hi there,
This last theme update has caused some errors when trying to update the theme. The last two updates to the listings plugin has also caused issues. Please see this video for more details: https://www.screencast.com/t/vbXnsPgrZZyY
The website in question is www.expertgarage.ca.

Okay, thank you for the quick response. Good to know. One problem… for some reason, Theme Forest is not allowing me to download the theme files. Says the following:
“Download not available Whoops! Looks like you’ve already downloaded this item 20 times in the last 24 hours. That’s the daily limit! Come back in 24 hours to download it again. Learn about download limits.”
Very odd, as I have not tried to download it over 20 times!
Very strange, I have never run into that before. I would recommend you try again in a few minutes and if that doesn’t work submit a support ticket to Envato: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
It is quite strange. I will try again in 24 hours, like it says. And will go from there. Thank you for your help.
No problem!
Hi there,
I made the updates with no issues. I have been running into, what seems like a memory problem on the backend. It randomly crashes when I try to access any menu and gives me this error:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 240 bytes) in /home/content/37/11859937/html/wp-content/plugins/admin-menu-editor-pro/extras.php on line 1268” The line number changes almost each time.
I’m also noticing that the Image Library in grid mode continuously loads, with nothing ever showing up.
Just deactivated my menu editor plugin and everything seems to be working fine now. I will try to reinstall it, see if that solves the problem.
Sounds good, glad you got it figured out.
It won’t even let me delete that plugin anymore. I go to delete it and it says: Deletion failed: Internal Server Error
Tried to delete the plugin from my ManageWP account, and this is the error I got:
Fatal Error (E_COMPILE_ERROR): require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘AME_ROOT_DIR/extras/exportable-module.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) occurred in wp-content/plugins/admin-menu-editor-pro/extras.php on line 18 please make sure that your website is accessible
You will need to contact the author the admin menu editor pro plugin as this is unfortunately not one of our products. You can see the error is specifying a problem in their extras.php file
I use that plugin for all 24 websites that I’ve developed/manage. Have yet to run into this issue with any of the others. In my opinion, it must somewhat have to do with the theme, along with the plugin.
I will try to delete the plugin through ftp, then reinstall to see what happens.
It may also be something to with PHP 5.3 (you are using a very old version of PHP that was only supported from 2006-2010 and hasn’t had any security updates beyond that. I would advise you to update to a current version of PHP, here are our PHP recommendations for our Automotive theme: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=18
Okay, looks like upping the memory limit has solved all problems for now. I will let you know if more issues arise. Thank you!
Sounds good, thanks for the update
Hi, I have problems with the last update of the theme. There are the following errors

It looks like a problem with your PHP configuration. Please review our PHP recommendations and requirements: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=18 After these are all updated it should work properly, but if not please renew your support and open a Support Ticket with temporary login details to your FTP and wp-admin so we can have a closer look at what is going on.
