Updating form 5.7 to 5.7.2 breaks the site and gives a internal server 500 error. The error start mainly after updating Fusion core plugin.

A 500 Internal server error is exactly that, a server related error. This happens due one of two reasons. (1) The update was not performed correctly/completed and/or (2) Your servers PHP configuration limits may need to be adjusted (most often the WP Memory Limit)

My main menu disappeared after update of the theme. It is only visible when you scroll down the page or when you hover over the menu. What can i do ?

That means the main navigation is not set from Appearance > Menus however if its set there and still not visible in that case please check your 3rd party plugins and disable them all one by one, if you require further assistance please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello, I have disabled the “Open Graph Meta Tags” & “Rich Snippets” in the theme option. but still the date is appearing in the search. i have update these before one day. but still it’s appearing. here you can see https://prnt.sc/lgigdd
So what i should do more? if you can check it’s not appearing on the home page, but it’s appearing on the other pages.

Can the sidebar of blog pages populate a list of articles within the category of the active article, as opposed to displaying a list of categories?

Sure..so I want the sidebar to contain links to articles within the same category the article I’m viewing is in. For example, if I’m viewing a recipe, I want the other articles within the ‘recipe category’ to populate. If I’m viewing an article on health tips, I want a list of articles within that category to populate.
The way it works in your demo, there is a list, but there is an extra step of selecting the category. We want to display directly to users what other content in that topic is available.

The categories widget does not have this option. To do this, we will need to create a menu where we add the single post page as a sub menu and add the category as the parent menu. Post that we can use the Vertical menu widget and assign this menu which will be eventually seen in the sidebar. This will show your desired setup

There is no logic to pull articles related only to the category the article I’m viewing is in, correct? For example, with the way you set it up, if I view an article in the Design Category, it will still show the menu you setup with Creative Items? If that is the case, is there a way I can create many sidebar versions and select within the post which one to use?
Also, using the method you showed, when new posts are created, will they have to manually be added to my sidebar menus?

Yes, you can definitely use a different sidebar for each post using our Fusion Options in this case, Fusion Options work individually for each post or page in our theme giving more freedom to use

Hi, Sliding bar looks great thanks, theme is very nice to use. Trying to use it with woocommerce widgets “Filter Products By Attribute” which has 2 Display Type options, Dropdown (no attributes shown) and List (shows attributes), dropdown is preferable to me and works outside of the sliding bar but will not display any content when in the sliding bar. See image with sliding bar and Archive displayed on same page http://s753291518.websitehome.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/avadaslidingbarproductfilters.png Red boxes show a filter type with some items selected, there is no attributes available in the sliding bar to select. A similar problem with categories, Green boxes, the content is not available in sliding bar. hope you can resolve this, thanks. Pete

Hi MB, only Woocommerce is being used. The woocommerce filters work in drop down boxes outside of the Avada Sliding Bar but do not display attribute content when used inside the sliding bar. I am pretty sure this is a bug in Avada.

Hi, A customer of mine with this theme wants to implement a gallery with fixed images. unfortunatly GRID is not alligning the images on 1 line. only fixed does that but the lightbox images are all thumbnails as well… how can i change that?

How can I add “Read More” functionality to a page ( not a post). It is working fine in a post but can get it to work on a page.

Read More can not be used on pages, Avada does have a “Next Page” element, which will allow you to add paging anywhere on a page and essentially make one page into several shorter sections. You can find more details on using this element here => https://bit.ly/2Fm84cy

I would really prefer an unstyled “wireframe-demo”. To build up the own design faster. Without any inline settings of color, borders, effects etc. Many different prebuild wireframe-containers to choose from – eg. 5 types of “cta-containers”, etc. Without any colors but with margins and paddings. That would speed up my work very much – more than redesign a beautiful, but highly complex “dentist-demo” with tons of inline-styling.

In such a situation you can just install the Avada theme and create your own pages. The theme does come with some default styling (if all colors are set to none, users will have a hard time seeing elements in the front end when the theme is installed)
All options do have a default value, so we would need to adjust or change the value via the theme options

I’m not sure if I just can’t find this feature or it simply not there…
When people are browsing the blog I have the pagination option set to on..
Problem is, that I would like the pagination to be category dependant as well, as having the previous and next button taking you to the previous or next article but in the same category if I enable the option for such category…
It would make the reading of related article (by category) a lot easier…
I don’t think this is currently possible or maybe I just can’t find where to enable this option…
