Hello there , I am using mental and so far I am very satisfied with my choice. I have a question about a strange need. I would like my top-menu to appear below my slider on my homepage. I bought your theme a couple of weeks ago. After installing the theme and its plugins, I created a new page by using (wp bakery) visual composer and it’s perfect.
However, I can see only the “Backend editor” button and the “Frontend editor” button is missing.
Please see attached image (this is another theme I bought from a different developer)

Yes, it’s because of WP 5.x update, please update the latest version of the theme and visual composer (wp bakery) plugin, but please make sure to create the backup of your complete website and database, before updating anything.

Purchased item on 7/12/18 and not working properly. Sent email to support and was asked to contact author. See below issues encountered About Menas theme issue – Art Portfolio
As in theme documentation created Home page, added slider in revolution slider and also at home page. But i don’t know why slider is not coming at homepage.
My Homepage display will be like http://mental-wp.azelab.com/
Also when added theme ,there was some plugin recommended for this theme. Installed all plugin but “Envato WordPress Toolkit” and “Yet Another Related Posts Plugin” is not installing.

The zip file won’t upload to WordPress through GoDaddy
both download are not working, even if i split the all flies dowload and make a mental zip. and download to wordpress file is broken also.. do not suggest to download a different file.. Go and check and you will see it is broken..
Can i please organize a refund also? I don’t feel confident with the theme if you guys can provide a zip file

Could you please help. I purchased the Mentas theme template this week and have 2 questions:
1. I was asked to activate my licence and was led to sign up on the following website:
https://support.wpbakery.com/loginWhat kind of log in is this? I can’t seem to log in.
2. I uploaded the Wordpress Envato toolking plug in but was advised to deactive and delete it as these are now being upgrated to Market word press plug in. I deleted it and I downloaded this new version but there was no zip file to download which means I can’t upload the new version now. Could you please help?
