The last snippet I provided was related to the empty cart notification – that should not be visible on mobile devices, are you referring to something else?

The notification circle itself. I put code in to alter its colour as it was showing up as a black circle against black. The code worked but for some reason on mobile the notification circle goes back to black and not the colour that was put in. Does that make sense?

The default layout for the single product page in WooCommerce has the styles <div class="span_5 col single-product-main-image"> for the product image (on the left), and then <code><div class="span_7 col col_last single-product-summary"> for the product description, form etc (on the right).
I want to change the left area to span_4 and the right area to span_8, but I can't find the right file anywhere.

Hey eXthus, you can find that output inside of the functions.php file by searching for “summary_div” and “images_div”

I’ve been trying to resolve this problem with no luck, and tried to find a solution but find nothing.
I added a shortcut in to the main menu to access into Woocomerce user login/register page, it also detect if the user is logged or not so it can show different states depending if the user is logged or not.
To resolve this I modifed functions.php and added the code.
What I really want is to place this beside Woocomerce Cart icon on the right side of the header. Tried many things but nothing works…

You’ll need to edit the “nectar_header_cart_output” function located in the functions.php to get the output in the same location. If you’re using the Ascend/Original theme skin, css would likely also be needed to position the button

Can you please do something related website speed if client is using Salient theme? As of now many of my customers are complaining about google page speed after recent google page speed. If they’re switching back to the normal WordPress theme, then google page speed score is increasing.

The default WP default will naturally be higher than any premium theme due to it not including many elements/styling – to get the Salient pagespeed score up as high as that, you need to be using minification/caching/compression. The only elements in the page builder which can become sticky once scrolled to are the page submenu and widgetized sidebar. Getting this functionality with an arbitrary row would require custom JS as of now, however i’ve noted the idea on the wishlist

I no longer have support, however I am updating my website, still using Salient, and wanted to report a bug I have come across.
I was trying to make a locally hosted <video> autoplay (conforming to the new mute rules for Chrome) but turning on the ‘Full Screen Rows’ setting on a page stops this functionality from working in Chrome and Safari (works on Firefox, IE untested). Once the setting is turned off, the video will autoplay without issue across Chrome, Firefox and Safari so there must be some conflicting code in regards to the full screen setting. Would be great if this was addressed in an update as the full screen rows are a lovely design feature.

Thanks for the reply. Yes video backgrounds autoplay successfully in full screen rows, just not a standalone video which is the design I’m going for. The HTML I’m using is

The autoplay works when full screen rows are not activated, but then doesn’t in Chrome/Safari when full screen rows are.
Thanks for clarifying callum1508, unfortunately that would indeed require custom modding as of now to trigger the play event upon finding one in the actively switched section. I’ve noted this on the wishlist

Just noticed that on tablet (iPad) my blog homepage is only displaying one content block. It used to show two side-by-side and just removed the sidebar. On phones one is correct. Is there a css change for this as it seems to be applying phone to both? Thanks!

Hi, i’ve added this into the css/script related tab and nothing has changed. The header is still visible as the page loads and not after the box roll scrolls down. Regarding my other problem with box roll, i tried installing and older version of the theme and the box roll effect works just fine; it rolls over and not just parallaxing down. It may be some bug with this current version for box roll? also, is there any CSS to increase the space between the particle effect and the title & caption? Don’t want the texts to be over the image with particle effect applied on it..maybe just move it a lilttle bit down. Thank you

That was added in iOS10: https://webkit.org/blog/6784/new-video-policies-for-ios/. Once you’re using Salient 9.0 or above the videos will automatically play unless you use the theme option for “Disable Video Backgrounds On Mobile Devices”, which is located in the salient options panel > General settings > functionality tab
