Where to ask for support/create ticket or live support to just resolve initial issues? I need your assistance in setting-up homepage, as I already have woo-commerce products ready.

Actually Elementor is stuck at Loading Screen( and Elementor only allows to edit it if the page was built with elementor) and importing json file with mentioned code on doc and using as template produces some

and with WPBakery, page content is showing on choosing Backend/Classic Editor like there is no code block (YOU HAVE BLANK PAGE. START ADDING CONTENT OR TEMPLATES)

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images. Actual images take lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.

As regards header style, Electro > Header > Header Styles applies to all pages of your website except home pages and pages that use home page templates. The slider is a user-generated content. The theme does not modify the style or CSS of the slider generated. The slider works independently based on how the user builds it. Hence it is upon the user to make sure the slider built is responsive. You can check the responsiveness within the Slider Revolution itself and make sure the it is responsive on all screens. Tracking options is outside of theme’s scope as the theme plays no role in it. You’ll have to use custom coding or rely on third-party plugins.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce 3.5. We are still testing on WooCommerce 5.0 RC and hence cannot confirm if there is support for 5.0.

The theme is not Gutenberg ready so you’ll have to rely on classic editor.
