when using the “Page full screen rows” option in addition to the setting for “Provide scrollbar” for “Row Overflow”, the default click behavior get’s overridden which can interfere with JS based elements such as that. I’ve noted to look into a workaround for this, however for now if you reduce the height of the row so that it fits in one section without a scrollbar, or change the row overflow option – it should fix it

Hey MonologueHQ, no not just for this – instead of the Envato plugin, can you try to use this one to see if it allows the update normally? https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ Just verify that you’re selecting the “salient.zip” file which you would extract out of the main download from ThemeForest

Update on this issue: after doing some troubleshooting it was discovered that the plugin ‘The GDPR Framework’ was causing an internal error and making it impossible to update the theme. I deactivated the plugin and update worked fine, from within WP.

Hey demsone, what version of the theme are you using? Salient has been tested with many top addons without any known compatibility issues. Please list the addons you’re experiencing issues with so I can take a look. Also, did you purchase the theme on another user account? I’m not seeing any licsense related to this username

Hey vagdesign, there’s a few different logos in the nectar_logo_output function that are conditionally shown based on theme settings e.g. transparency, mobile, light & dark etc. Did you place your logic into all of them?

1. Try to add this into the custom css box located in the Salient options panel > general settings > css/script related tab

2. What specifically are you looking to get from the eCommerce ultimate demo? It’s possible to import the theme options only via the demo importer, however it will override all of your current theme options. Your content will remain unchanged though. If you go that route, make a copy of your theme options first in case you want to revert via the import/export tab
