I have had problem with extreemely long loading times for months. I have checked with hosting and there is no problem. I have only 30 listings but loading times for listings and main site is often 30+ sec when running on test sites. Whats wrong?

How do you setup Updates now with the new Themeforest API Tokens with your theme? I can’t get our theme to update and now I see my subscription has expired.
You will need to manually update via FTP to the latest theme and Automotive Listings plugin versions, then you can go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and authenticate your account on the new API

Hello, I have version 8.8 installed and it asks me to update to version 9.6 but when I click the button it tells me that it is already installed. Do you know another way to do it?
I also want to change the main order by price and I can not find the way that it is alone, I do not know if it’s the version

I would recommend manually updating, and then after you do this go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and setup the new Envato API (they have forced everyone off the old API).

Is it possible to include listing category fields within the email sent with the Make Offer button? I tried using CF7 with a plugin for dynamic fields, but unsure where I can pull the field info from.. or maybe there is a more simple way?

yeah.. just needed to pay attention to the tags available in the Email area of CF7 (figured I’ll mention this for anyone else that’s thick and doesn’t pay attention to what they need to…..)

Hi I have ad a site using your theme for a long time now, my client asked to add a shop to his website this week and I have begun the process with woocommerce. I have discovered a bug when there is more than one product image, the second image is not clickable (when you click the second product image, it does not change, nothing happens. It is supposed to open in a lightbox, or change to that image so it can be zoomed). Can you please look into this?

For the 2nd image not clickable, we can’t seem to replicate this here, do you have a link you could provide that demonstrates this? The overlap issue we have got fixed for the next update, thanks for bringing this forward! 
I can’t replicate that on our end, but I can see it happening on your site. I would recommend you disable any 3rd party plugins not included with the theme and try it again. If that does not fix the problem then please open a Support Ticket including a temporary wp-admin and also an FTP login so we can debug the issue and see what is causing it. Thanks! 
I disabled all plugins and it made no difference. I can’t open a support ticket it says “You don’t have any products associated with your account, please register your products on the My Products page”, but I have purchased this theme and it is not working as demonstrated.
It looks like your support has expired. You will need to go to the product page ( https://themeforest.net/item/automotive-car-dealership-business-wordpress-theme/9210971/ ) and click the green button in the top right corner renew your support. After you do that you should be able to go to My Products on the support site and click Grab Envato Products in the top right corner and it will update and allow you to open a support ticket. 
I am unable to update WPBakery plugin. I was downloaded full theme package (automotive), extract plugins, deactivate and delete WPbakery, install again from downloaded (extracted) folder and I still have version 5.5.5. Please help me update this plugin.
I just double checked and the latest version 5.6 is included in the theme bundle and also in the theme install files. I’m not sure what you are doing but you must have mixed up the files some how. I would recommend you delete any files relating to Visual Composer and the theme and re-download them off ThemeForest. If you are still having trouble please open a Support Ticket including temporary login credentials to your website and we will be happy to update it for you. Thanks!

Hi, We have our own bespoke car dealer management system which manages our inventory, this has a live XML feed published on the web. Can your Wordpress theme pull from a URL which contains the XML feed of our inventory? Can this be done automatically on a schedule? Is it included or an extra? Thanks
You can import the XML feed under Listings >> File Import. If you want to automate it on a schedule you will need our Automatic Importer plugin, please email sales@themesuite.com if you would like more information on it.

Thank you for taking the time to report this, we have got this fixed for the next update. Visual Composer started using a function for loading elements that had the same name as the one we were using in our script so it was overriding it.

Unfortunately ThemeForest has not provided any way to generate a license key for the Extended License we purchased for the bundled plugins (Revolution Slider and Visual Composer). The only option they offer to register the plugins is to purchase an Individual License on CodeCanyon. In this latest version the Makes drop down filter doesn’t appear to be working properly. If I select BMW, for example, it pulls up all kinds of makes. Similar issue when selecting other makes as well. Some seem to filter properly, some don’t.

While I do see this happening on your site, I can’t seem to replicate this on my end here, and we haven’t had any other reports of this happening. Try going to Listings >> Listing Categories and click the button at the bottom that says Regenerate Terms and let us know if that fixes it. You also seem to have a lot of CORS errors in the browser console. I would recommend contacting your web host and asking them to enable Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) on your account. If neither of these suggestions fix the issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can debug the issue. Thanks! 
Thanks for the reply! I did do the Regenerate Terms and that had no effect. I also checked the console and saw a lot of 404 errors that are created due to some weird glitch where the name of the image(s) gets modified to include ’@2x’ prior to the file extension type ( ex: name-of-image@2x.jpg ) which don’t exist so I had to create them and upload via FTP to their respective folders. I don’t see CORS errors unless those are what you were referring to? Looks like i’ll need to create a ticket in order to have you look in the back to determine the cause.
FYI, the support area shows our support expired. It was renewed a month ago. Please update the account so we can submit the ticket.
When you login to your support account just click the My Products link in the menu and then click Grab Envato Products in the top right corner and that will update your product licenses. Going forward after you do this it will check for support extensions every time you login.
I would put this in the support system, but even though I purchased extended support – the support system says I am not current.
When I log into the wordpress site – it tells me to update the plug-in to the current version. I have downloaded the wordpress installer & uploaded via FTP because it will not automatically update.
When I log back in to my wordpress site – it is still telling me to update.

Any other ideas how to update?
Envato implemented a rate limiting tactic to force everyone off of their old API and onto a new one. You will need to manually update your theme and plugin to at least 9.3 and 13.6, and then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and connect your Envato account to the new API. After you do that you should be able to automatically update again going forward. Here are some links to knowledgebase items explaining how to manually update:

I have followed those instructions from one of your previous posts. My plug in listing shows version 13.7, but still wants me to update to 13.8. But shows this below it: There is a new version of Automotive Listings available. View version 13.8 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.
Also, since I have manually uploaded the theme – my photos now are all missing from my listings 
It looks like you have a pile of 404 errors coming up for your images. Updating the theme and Automotive Listings plugin would not have caused this, was there anything else that happened?
Regarding the updates, after you manually updated did you go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and connect your Envato account to use the new API for updates?
I did not do anything other than download the theme & then update it via FTP. I do not see any 404 error coming up when I visit the pages, just the pictures do not show up.
After I updated I did go to the theme options & update settings. It says my Envato account is updated.
I have a back up of the site before I completed the update. I am going to try & restore the backup. I will attempt to complete the update again after this.
You must have uploaded the files to the wrong directory and overwritten the pictures in your wp-content/uploads/ I can see you have it fixed now, I was going to take a screenshot of the 404 errors in the console for you but it is working now 
Is there somewhere that explains exactly what files should be uploaded where?
As far at the plug in update – are you supposed to extract the zip file before you upload?
Yes, you do extract the files first. Please refer to the links in our first response it explains step-by-step the procedure for both theme and plugin, as well as the locations to put the files.
This theme is really good and I’m glad you’re still updating it. I did find though that the Featured Icon Box will not allow you to put in any icon. Just defaults to the fa fa-dashboard.
Have you updated both your theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest versions and fully cleared your history and cache, as well as any caching software you might be running on your website? I just tested it and it seems to work fine for me, but if you have done the above and are still having an issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can debug the issue. I doesn’t work in any browser for me, it likely only works in Chrome and Firefox for you because you have it cached. Clear your cache. It is giving 403 forbidden errors from your web server. If you want to open up a Support Ticket including your website details and an FTP login we can investigate further, however it appears to be an issue on your web server or something went wrong when you updated the files.
Thanks for quick reply – I cleared the cache and still get the problem. The 403 was due to incorrect folder permissions. The footer is still a mess!

Need to add a finance calculator javascript for client, each car has its on individual javascript code.. is there a plugin that we can download to add javascript to the bottom of listings page?

Hello, I have bought this theme, can you tell me how or where to finde the reg. key for Slider Revolution? Ive put in the code i downloaded it says its not valid

But in your offer for this themes it says INCLUDES SLIDER REVOLUTION PLUGIN and Includes Visual Composer Plugin.
Now you are baseicly telleing me thats not the case. If thats So, I dont need this theme so please refund me since the two plugins were the main reason for me to buy this.
You do get both of the plugins with the theme, they are always included in the theme bundle for updates to the plugins. This is how Envato has set it up, and this is how it works on ThemeForest with any theme that includes bundled plugins like Visual Composer and Slider Revolution. Hope you can check this as my existing site now requires a shop so I am looking at options and would prefer to use the inbuilt woocommerce elements in this theme rather than have to build another site with a specific WC theme on a sub-domain.
