The 6 months of after sales support might not be enough in some cases. As you need to wait for their reply if you are lucky enough (please read others’ comments and judge it yourself), and then your reply, you might need to wait for another day. And bear in mind that, 1 ticket = 1 problem.

My client has been patiently wait all this while. However, they are running out of patience after waited more than 1 month. Deadline is going to due soon.

Brought this theme on 16 Oct 18 and there is still few support tickets pending today. The site yet to go live (19 Dec 2018) and my client is running out of patience now. My comments thread on the first page and I guess I’m contributed the most comments on this theme.

I was thinking thinking of buying this theme, but after reading all the comments – no way. I refuse to spend money on something and get repeated requests for support on things that shouldn’t be requested.

Documentation, according to your buyers, is horrible. theme panel is difficult to navigate theme does not look like demo versions

These are just some of the comments I”ve read and it has put me off buying from you.

Oh, btw, your demo has issues. https://prnt.sc/lvucf0 the category page doesn’t display the products correctly – phantom spaces and missing products, yet another reason I won’t be buying your theme.

Your demo has issues so it goes to confirm that buying the theme will have issues.

About our guide, we use same guide for all Opencart themes. So the screenshot in our guide doesn’t match with this theme. But about how to configure theme, it’s same way. About the issue that you sent, can you send the link that you screenshot?

This theme is driving me insane, admin options are so confusing mainly because the documentation doesn’t match what is in front of me most of the time, also a bit misleading showing optional mobile theme options on the demo page when its for an entirely different theme from the looks of it. Can I get a refund please as there is no way I am going to be able to achieve what I want with this theme which is a shame as some of the plugins included really make the theme.

It says that this theme is done with Bootstrap 4, but looking through your code of the demo; it is only Bootstrap 3.

Hello, we have a problem with the product view. Some elements do not take the corresponding styles and therefore some elements are not displayed correctly. The idea is to use different elements of different layouts.

as you update the theme – where is the option to modify/change css, files coding like (child theme) so when updating theme there will be no issues

If you custom code, you can use a customize file. Before update, you should backup your site (source code and database). About category page, you can remove it from Design>> Layouts >> category layout. To edit contact us, you can modify the file: catalog\view\theme\so-claue\template\information\contact.twig

You can try add code in custom file. catalog\view\theme\so-claue\css\custom.css

Client cancelled the project. i don’t have that account anymore. why don’t you try yourself? and how many times i have to tell you the client cancelled project. ive been telling you i was going to ask for a refund if client cancel the project and asking for a fast support since december.

You replied almost immediately. My customer canceled project because of lack of support. You already sent this tutorial and this is not enough. Some files missing in the template. so lookbook missing. site width is not same with layout 3 and there is not setting for that and lots of problems. Please refund my money.

Theme documentation is very poor. Probably another themes documentation or old version used in this theme. There is no guide to make theme look like demo. I can not find panel menus that mentioned in the documentation. Theme looks very different from preview. I have no time. I need to buy another theme. How can I setup this theme as exactly seen on demo layout 3? If you can not provide a valid setup documentation I want a refund. I need exactly same appearance of layout 3. Documentation is not explaining anything about setup this layout. Some files are missing. Documentation in the downloaded file is old. You did not prepare this theme carefully. You have not reply my ticket and no answer for questions. I have no time for waiting anymore. Please refund my money.
