I have already 3 days waiting for the response of the PRIVATE TICKET # 2014286, I commented that there is a new error in your theme which is that it DOES NOT SUPPORT THE NEW WPBakery Page Builder 6.0.2 completely drops its theme
your support system sucks, it can not be that it lasts so long to answer your customers which if we pay for the theme which does not work and presents many errors

I purchased this theme and installed it on my wordpress. It shows up but all of the pages options that are shown here do not. How do I get those to show up? All that is there under pages is sample page…the home page 1 and 2 isn’t even there. The theme_options_demo.txt file nor the demo-data folder are not there to import in options. Please advise. This is nothing like what is shown in your demo. Thank you.

I’ve purchased your theme a while back and never had to use the support as the theme always worked great. Recently, with no changes at all, our website has become slow, media does not upload, media thumbnails don’t show, and two or more users can’t be logged into admin together.
I don’t know what is going on as part of an update or something but your support is refusing to let me get help because my product code expired? I’ve never even used your support and i’m not paying to resolve an issue that your theme caused.
Please let me know how to get support for your product as this is a defect in the theme and not something we caused.

I lastly would like to clarify based upon the demo homepage 1 and 2. Are both of them compatible with each other? Because some themes requires demo to be taken from the devs server. I have a few things that I like from demo 2 and demo 1. I wanted to mix a few things from each demo.

It seems like the navigation bar is based upon the Demo 1, is there an alternative navigation bar and if none. Could I request for the navigation bar to be straight instead of the curved navigation bar background.

Its really difficult finding items within this theme. Can you please tell me what size is the Breadscrumb Background image that is being used which is the lobster? Also the location of this image where is being stored would be nice to have as well as I want to also update the image as a whole to replace for all pages.

Well I have a problem with uploading demo content from the theme. It saying “This theme has not any package ready for installing demo.”

This is the worst template I have ever used. I strongly advise against using it if you want to make even the most minute changes. Had to code the css just to change the color of some of the text and the header. (The header and nav bars would not center no matter what I did to the CSS). DON’T DO IT. DON’T EVER BUY THIS. YOU WILL REGRET IT UNLESS YOU ARE AN EVENT PLANNER NAMED GRENDA…

I’ve just purchased your theme and it is working great so far. One issue though – after installing one-click demo the “About” page is completely messed up both front-end and back-end – visit http://clients.outromedia.com/uponoccasion/ which is our development site. How do I fix this page?
Also how do I change the colour of the “beige / tan” fonts – there is no option only to change header, footer, etc?
