Hello! I just bought your template and once downloaded, it doesn’t look like the preview mode. Also, once I looked at the plugins, it appears that many are missing and I can’t find them. I’m wondering if some have been discontinued. Are others having these issues. Please help.

I bought your theme today
I have a few questions;
1- Where should I enter the Item Purchase Code? 2- I imported the grenda theme as you showed, but why are the pictures not showing? Samples files are not in the zip file I downloaded from ThemeForest 3- Do I need to buy WPBakery Page Builder? 4- WPOPAL-> Posttypes that appear in your Guide but not in my admin panel . Where can I find this?

I have not been able to submit ticket because there is no Grenda in your product category. This support is not good enough. Pls how do I edit the Event list…there is no where here, i cant change the venues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, On my homepage everything is ok because the logo is white and on a transparent background. But the others under the pages are not visible because it is a white background.

I have already 3 days waiting for the response of the PRIVATE TICKET # 2014286, I commented that there is a new error in your theme which is that it DOES NOT SUPPORT THE NEW WPBakery Page Builder 6.0.2 completely drops its theme
your support system sucks, it can not be that it lasts so long to answer your customers which if we pay for the theme which does not work and presents many errors

I purchased this theme and installed it on my wordpress. It shows up but all of the pages options that are shown here do not. How do I get those to show up? All that is there under pages is sample page…the home page 1 and 2 isn’t even there. The theme_options_demo.txt file nor the demo-data folder are not there to import in options. Please advise. This is nothing like what is shown in your demo. Thank you.

I’ve purchased your theme a while back and never had to use the support as the theme always worked great. Recently, with no changes at all, our website has become slow, media does not upload, media thumbnails don’t show, and two or more users can’t be logged into admin together.
I don’t know what is going on as part of an update or something but your support is refusing to let me get help because my product code expired? I’ve never even used your support and i’m not paying to resolve an issue that your theme caused.
Please let me know how to get support for your product as this is a defect in the theme and not something we caused.
