Wp bakery has been out of date. when I tried to update, it takes me to the plugin website. But you said these 2 plugins are premium and you are giving this free to us. So, How can we update these without paying them again?

Please delete your WPBakery and try to install it again from Appearance > Install Plugins. From v2.6 we will provide automatic update for all plugins directly from admin dashboard, Currently we added auto update class and need some improvements.

Whitspace Above Footer:
We have a whitespace above the footer after completing all our design work.
We can not seem to get rid of it, and wonder if you have some advice on how to remove this whitespace that sits above the footer?
We have tried adding negative margins on the last element of the page, but nothing seems to work.

Edit your page and from page settings you can find Page content gap option and set it to no gap between footer and content.
If you want to remove gap for all pages, you need to add custom css. Let me know if still need help.

Issue using Seperator
I am trying to create a separator with white/clear that sits over top of the row below, to create a kind of effect of “curve down” into the next row of the page.
I have looked at the documentation to understand the settings, but all the documentation does is say “as needed”, but does not describe and/or give examples of any of the settings that are provided for “layer priority” etc.
Basically – it works fine for one, but not the other… and for the life of me I can’t figure out why it isn’t working, and sadly there is no real documentation, just the following in the documentation:
“Layer Position – Static, relative or absolute according to your needs Layer Priority – Separator layer priority according to previus and next elements”
Which is pointless, as there is no description of what “Static”, “Relative” or “Absolute” actually means, so how can I possibly know which one is “according to my needs”?
Is there any useful documentation available for this theme?

Solved – the solution is to ensure the separator is in the same row as the items it needs to “cover”. Through trial and error we were able to create the desired effect.

1. Can the grid (Photo Grid) be made smaller / more compact. 2. Can the Photo Grid be linked to Video upon clicking. Like how it is currently displaying image in Lightbox, can a video be placed instead.

1. Yes, for fitrow gallery type you can set ideal height for items in row and script will automatically will fit images in row as possible.
2. Yes, But you must change gallery type to Linakble gallery and add links and images separately.
We are working hard for adding 10 new demo in different subjects, Why new update takes long time? Because we want to release more high quality demos and new features and improvements. I think in 15-20 December we will release new update.

Upon changing the gallery type to Linakble gallery and adding links, is there way to add and display images aswell. I am looking to have a preview image upon clicking it should open a lightbox with added video and added images not a single image. Let me know please.

It’s not possible currently but we like this idea and we added it to update list, We will try to implement this feature for v2.7 or v2.8

Go to Theme Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Styles or Single Styles you can find author, meta, avatar, etc. StyleKits, then switch stylekit to advance to see all options, then set display to none.

Its widget and in beauty theme page content assigned as a widget in footer. For removing widget go to Appearance > Widgets but for editing content go to Dashboard > Pages and you can find footer widget content page.
