1 Is it SEO optimized?
2. Will it be hard/ give trouble with compatibility if we want to add a events calendar?

1. The theme follows the best SEO practices from the technical standpoint, but if you want to have full control of all SEO aspects, you should use one of the SEO plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ or similar
2. It really depends on the calendar plugin you intend to use. It should work well with https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ for example
3. As far as we know, Untappd offers embed menu option – it can be placed within page content using row html or text box bold builder element.

Wordpress is telling me I can update to version 5.3. Is it save to do so with this theme or do you recommend to wait a bit?

One major issue I’m seeing is that the individual blog post’s images are gone when you click to view a blog post. Please view this demo link… http://craft-beer.bold-themes.com/main-demo/blog/. When I click to view an individual blog post the associated image is gone and just the header image remains. This would be a major image if you’re promoting your website on social media. Also, it also doesn’t make much sense. Are you able to fix this in admin so that the actual blog post’s image is displayed?

But you can always add a photo to the post either by using Images property or by adding it inline in post content.

The best way is to use some kind of third party plugin which would allow this such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/
Keep in mind that the the problem of creating custom post types is relatively easy to solve, but you would need to implement the logic to display the data as well unless you want them to be displayed the same way your blog archives are.

Hi, I was just wondering, when downloading the theme and installing it with all the sample data included, is the installed theme supposed to include Woocommerce, or am I supposed to install Woocommerce separately afterwards? Because we chose this theme for the woocommerce, but it’s currently not included.

Hi. Bought the theme and im liking it. But I have a question in your Home V2 page you have 4 beers in columns next to eachother. I want 5 beers in columns. When I clone one beer in the row so it becomes 5 columns suddenly the beers are in one row under each other. What am i doing wrong.
is there no shortcode for 5 columns?

Thanks for contacting us. Our theme is based on 12 column bootstrap grid which means that you can have 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 even columns – you can have 5 columns, but one has to be twice the width of the rest of them. So the solution in this case can be to have one image with 5 beer bottles on one column – it is not perfect in the sense that you will not have the bottles animation, but you will have 5 bottles layout.

Hi after updating the bold builder plugin all maps on the site are not working proper anymore. the “cards” have disappeared and the map is smaller then it was before. any fix?

Sorry for inconvenience, our support system provider – ticksy.com is experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment – we hope they will resolve it soon.
Currently you can not add link to the text from the Custom Footer Text field. On the other hand, you can create a static page with any element / layout you wish and add the slug of that static page to Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer, Footer Page Slug field. If you do that that page will be shown as footer on all the pages – so basically you can add a text field to it and link to the desired url.

Is it possible to change the parent menu font color per page? I’m going through the override global settings but don’t see anything in there to change font menu color per a specific page.
You can try with Header Style, but if you want some specific font color you will have to use some custom CSS.
Hello, I want to buy this theme for an eCommerce store built with WooCommerce. In products list, can I add filters by categories? Also, in product details page, can I add fields with predefined attributes (like alcohol, size)? I see in demo that there is only simple text.

Hi,
As you have probably noted, Craft Beer is based on WooCommerce plugin, so all features offered by WooCommerce are available – either directly in WooCommerce or by using one of its extensions. Filter by categories is available as sidebar widget out of the box by wooCommerce.
Custom fields are not available out of the box. If you want to add additional fields to products, you would have to use some of the third party plugins or implement the code in child theme’s function php using one of the woocommerce tutorials.

How do you set the versions of the homepage. It allows you to choose under customize > homepage settings, but I cannot see where I edit homev1.
It only allows me to edit the home with the other home page examples.

I have a problem with products straight alignment . The sale products are not inline with normal products.

If you take a look at your custom css you will see that for a number of products you have defined the following css:
ul.products .post-10330 .bt_bb_image{
margin-top:-65px;
}
ul.products .post-14340 .bt_bb_image{
margin-top:-65px;
}
These all move images of these products 65 pixels upward. Please remove those and everything should be fine.

We are not sure what you mean, for example on the page – https://www.barsho.com/product-category/barware/shakers/ a product Tiki Weighted Tin-Tin Cocktail Shaker 75cl is currently not aligned with other products in a row. If you remove the following custom css which was added:
ul.products .post-14340 .bt_bb_image {
margin-top: -65px;
}
the product becomes aligned. Are we missing something?
