Hi, how did you add it? You want 5 columns? We have it set to dynamic footer so the columns number and width is set in Customize -> Footer. If you need another column (5th) you have to register a sidebar for this, check functions.php workscout_widgets_init()

I did not replicate this, if you open the chrome dev tools or firebug it shows this message in console:

Depends what you are using for registration, if it’s woocommerce then workscout/template-parts/login-woocommerce.php, if theme system it’s template-parts/login-workscout.php

Windows Defender is notorious for false positives. Even if you disable Defender, download the file, re-enable Defender, and then manually scan the zip file by right-clicking on it, it doesn’t detect it as infected. This files it marks as infected are two JS files from RevolutionSlider that is included with theme, they use some ‘eval’ function which triggers the alert in Windows Defender, but the code is safe.

whole registration will be soon updated with our new script for that that was developed for our newest theme, and it will have more options for that. Currently you can enable redirection to dashboard pages in Customize -> Login/Registration Options, but it all depends on what registration settings you’re using

I’m using your registration settings actually. And I’ve set the pages I want them to be redirected to, but that only seem to work on regular login and not after signup.

We use HelpScout actually but the communication is done via emails as after years of experience here we found it to be the best system. We’re not going to use ticket system (well it is a ticket system but on our side thanks to HelpScout, on your side is normal email communication and you can simply reply to the emails we send you)
