Is there a way to have a one pager site but without all the sections on the menu? I like the look of the front page, but I’d rather have a few other pages and those be on the menu

Yes you can do this, you are not limited to have a one-page layout, you just need to use the layout and apply a normal menu. Let us know if you need more info!
Thanks for your quick response. Does that mean it I would have to be set on multipage site and then I’d have to design the home page or would there be a template that’s already made for it?

I have upgraded to Wordpress 5.0 and can’t work with the visual composer anymore. The new editor only displays the codes from VC but not the visual elements.
Hi Mkjameson, if you’ve upgraded to WordPress 5.0 and you are apparently no longer able to use the WPBakery Page Builder, please update to Uncode 1.9.3 and select the Disable Gutenberg Editor option in the WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings. Alternatively you can install the Classic Editor plugin from the official WordPress repository.

I cant find the import file for contact form 7 forms. We dont want to replace all site content with demo data

and it says “you can find all the forms available in our demo, screenshot.” but after activating CF 7 , our list is empty.
Do you have an export file for the forms?
Hi waynep16, not sure to understand the request but when you import Demo Contents and you have activated the CF7 plugin all demo contact forms are imported. If you have imported Demo Contents with the CF7 not active also contact forms are not imported (the importer can import only stuff for active plugins and this is also alerted by a message when you import contents). You can simply import the page where the contact form you need is with the Selective Import (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001065#&gid=1&pid=3) or simply open a ticket in our Help Center and ask Support Team to share the codes for the CF7 you need: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us
The selective import does not contain “contact forms” you screenshot shows pages , posts, portfolios, products post types? OR are you saying if i import one page from there it will also import the contact form too?
Hi, no maybe I was not clear. From here you should import one of the page with CF7 now that you have activated the plugin.

Hi and thank you for confirm! You should do the same but instead of the YOUR TEXTUAL LINK HERE you should insert the image code for your image, something like:

Hello, This is a great theme. But I found a little bug with the carousel when the theme is in RTL. The problem with the carousel is that the arrows are not positioned correctly horizontally (this is only when the site is in RTL). I worked out the css code to fix it but when I put in my custom css my code is overwritten by the rtl.css file of the theme. I am writing here because the support team doesn’t seem to know how to help me. Who can I speak to for resolving this issue? All I need to do is make sure that my css code is not overwritten by the rtl.css file. Thanks

Hi. Can you please explain why my portfolio categories/taxanomies change and dissapear with every refresh of the page? Ie. Sometimes it will display the ‘narrative’ category, sometimes not. It’s supposed to display Narrative, Event, Promo and Explainer. Please check it out. www.blueowlmedia.co
Yes I’ve checked all of the display settings. Please note that SOMETIMES it shows certain categories. It may not show a category for a week, but it comes back. It’s not a black and white case. Pretty sure it’s a bug?
Hi Blue_Owl_Media, in an old message you reported that you have the random option, as explained the filter only shows the categories of the thumbnails present in the page, otherwise when clicked what they should filter if no elements are present? I hope this make sense.
Yes that makes sense, assuming that my portfolio pages don’t contain Featured Images? Every post has a featured image with the category selected. At the moment, ‘Narrative’ is missing from the results. I’ve just checked that all the posts within this category contain Featured Images / Thumbnails . Thank you for your help
It’s not just the categories that are missing, it’s the posts within them too. For example, my Nicky Healy Clothing event page is not displaying, despite all settings being correct and containing a Featured Image/Thumbnail . This is incredibly frustrating and costly for business…
Unfortunately your support team was unable to rectify the problem this within my support time period. I refuse to pay extra support for what appears to be a fault in your theme? I may have also queried under the username Melex_Golf_Cars in which I also purchased the theme for that client.
Hi Blue_Owl_Media, as shown in previous message, with screenshots taken from our support, all your tickets were closed and this is not something you have reported (considering also that the last of these tickets is form August!), so please don’t tell something not accurate.
Support Terms are not coming from our team, this is part of the Envato policy and you cannot expect you can send private logins otherwise also other 40.000+ users should expect the same (moreover we as author have also to abide by the terms of contract with Envato which is to the customer and marketplace own interests).
We suggested here what is the “problem” (everything is normal if you use the random method). We also created a test for you here to explain that when you use the random method the categories changes based on the element present in the loop and it’s pretty logic that if you have only 3 items and much more categories everytime you refresh the page some categories are not displayed: https://undsgn.com/uncode/test/

Try to remove the number 3 and insert the word “All” and you’ll see all the thumbnails and filters, obviously this is just an example to make you understand what we are trying to explain and how this is supposed logically to work.

Hi folks, I love this theme really. Now I took some time to create our website. Everything looks good but when I run google’s pagespeed insights I was shocked by the performance results. I tought it was my fault and did a fresh wordpress and theme install on a other domain, but although is was a nearly naked theme it ranked on 41 for the performance. I used also W3 Cache plugin and https to rank better, but it didn’t changed a lot. The most distracting issue is the render blocking caused by tremendous loads of different files and scripts. Is there a way to have a light weight theme?

Note anyway that this test is really strict, you have 60 for mobile and 92 for desktop that are really amazing results for a multi-use WordPress theme (!!!), and doesn’t mean your website is not speedy and it’s really different from user experience (moreover these are good scores for multi-use WordPress theme, you can verify testing some other themes demos).

I chose a classic firm demo, but whatever I try to do or change, I get a black edge bar above. It looks like it is a starting point offset. I have tried it many times over and this black bar always appears above, no matter what I am changing, I went through the elimination system, but it appears every time with another action. The demo is ok, but when you begin to change, it begins to happen.
